Alles war in Ordnung. Gute Lage und ein optimales Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Olof war sehr gut mit den automatischen Informationen, alle sind rechtzeitig gekommen und hatten alle Infos, de wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und sehr sauber, man hatte alles, was man brauchte! Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Great apartment & well located near supermarkets, public transport (bus & commute train to the City Center - 2 stops). Lots of running/cycling routes around & easy access to superb nature trails/parks/small lakes. 🌲 Perfect retreat for quiet time with excellent means of public transportation (or running distance) to the city center.

Olof was great with super clear instructions. It was very well priced and was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I don’t know that it would be the best place if you’re hoping to eat in and cook yourself, but if you’re planning to eat out lots anyway, this is great! Very nice style too!!

Convenient location for a good price :)

Great location with all kinds of public transport and multiple restaurants. Apartment is great with all amenities. Only issue we faced was with the early morning sun light. All windows have dark curtains except the kitchen window. And there was no door to the kitchen, so the early morning sunlight didn't allow us to get sleep. We should have taken sleeping blinds. Apart from this everything else was so perfect. Smooth check-in and check-out, perfect instruction from Andreas.

Loved our stay!

It was a pleasure to stay at Fredrik’s place. We had a really nice time at his apartment and we managed to see a lot of Stockholm’s beautiful surroundings due to the easy access to public transportation. The place was clean, the neighbourhood really peaceful and friendly and the communication with Fredrik was impeccable. We’ll definitely look for this place again if we are to come back to Stockholm.

The accommodation and room itself are great. It’s in a great location, close to great restaurants and public transport. However, when I asked Olof about car parking, he was redirecting me to a website in Swedish (I told him that I don’t understand Swedish). I asked him for his own guidance about where I can park the car and he was very vague about this and couldn’t give a straight answer. However, when I arrived there were many parking options around the area which he could have just told me instead of making me and my family worry about whether we can park our car in the area or not.

ATTENTION: Currently there is a construction side right in front of the of the building and they are drilling into the ground. On weekdays it gets VERY loud in the early mornings!The apartment of Olof had everything described in the ad. The layout was a bit different from the one shown in the pictures but that was not a problem. It had everything you might need for a weekend stay and there is a coop right across the street.There is a bus stop close by but the next tunelbana station is a bit of a walk away.The location itself is very nice and green, overall a good place to stay in! :)

Nice apartment in lively neighborhood, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pubic transport to the city center. We stayed as a family of 4 and had enough space for all of us, everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Check in and check out where simple with the previously given instructions and Olof was always easy to reach in case of questions.We enjoyed our stay in Stockholm a lot, thanks for hosting us.
