Apartment has the potential to be 5 stars. It’s honestly a 3.5. It doesn’t need much to make it a great property. Clearly owned by a company that just turns the apartments that they own. TV doesn’t work-had to ask for HDMI cable to plug in to laptop. They gladly provided but if we didn’t have laptop it would have been unusable. Minimal kitchen tools/supplies. If you plan to cook it will be difficult. Toaster broken (as mentioned in previous reviews). Shower is quite a problem (as mentioned in previous reviews). Water pressure is fantastic but the design of the shower is horrible. Bathroom has an extra washing machine (unusable) which just takes up space. Beds are very comfortable but the pillows are super flat. The view from the apartment is quite spectacular. Again-some easy fixes-and the place could be amazing. It is obvious that they put the bare minimum in just to call it rentable.

Very clean and beautiful apartment! Excellent location, walking distance from museums, restaurants and shops. Great host very communicative and left clear instructions for everything!

We stayed for a couple of nights and the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and bars. The only thing i would mention is that if you use the sofa bed in the lounge there are no curtains and would need an eye mask.I would recommend this property.

The location is great. Many supermarkets, stores, cafés and restaurants, metro station nearby and the neighbourhood suited us perfectly. The studio although small covered our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and we could prepare the meals for our daughter. Elias was responding to our messages pretty quickly and he was helpful. We had an issue with the elevator which is pretty small and we couldn't put the baggy of our daughter inside so i had to carry it from the stairs every time we went out and returned. Also the parakey app for unlocking the studio door and the building door sometimes wasn't working properly and i had to restart my phone a couple of times so we could get inside.

As clear from other reviews this is a managed flat - so typical check in/comms etc a bit impersonal. Great location, lovely flat with all you could need

The space was well kept. The host Andreas was very responsive and helpful. Really appreciated the access to public transportation options. Also helpful was having a grocery store close by.
