The room was really clean and brilliantly located. The room might benefit from curtains (difficult for light sleepers in the summer) and updates to the linen/Kitchen cupboards. The house rules that you are forced to sign before you arrive felt quite clinical and insisting on stripping the bed before guests leave feels a little odd given we spent money on a cleaning fee?

Cosy studio in a great location. Very close to metro station and several bars and restaurants. Quiet residential area within a walking distance from the Old Town.

Vi var 4 veninder afsted og lejligheden var perfekt for os.Kan på det varmeste anbefales. Vi kunne gå til alt - gik ca 20 km om dagen. Men der er bus til centrum lige ved lejligheden .Kan anbefale cafe Bonne Femme, som ligger tæt på lejligheden.

Great place to stay for a couple of days. The house is clean, very spacious and well-furnished. It is set in a beautiful neighbourhood that has got everything you may need, public transportation is nearby. Olof is a very nice guest, easy to communicate with and he gave us clear instructions throughout the whole duration of our stay. Definitely recommend, I would surely come back.

Very nice stay at this flat. Clean, modern apartment, which was convenient for getting into the centre but also located in a lovely spot.Recommended a few additions to make a stay easier to the host, and constructive, positive response back.

Lokalizacja obiektu świetna, bardzo cicha okolica i bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy. W mieszkaniu było wszystko, co potrzebne. Jedyne minusy to brak suszarki do włosów oraz późna godzina zameldowania. Poza tym wszystko było bez zarzutów i serdecznie polecam ten nocleg.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Accès facile au centre ville, et facile d'accès en voiture. Appartement qui tient toutes ses promesses.

Olof’s place was great — a good amount of space and plenty of linens and towels which was appreciated. The area is also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle meaning you can explore all day and rest when you’re ready to. Overall, I recommend!

we had a great stay: nice and clean appartment, communication with Andreas was quick and pleasant.The appartment had a good location: a 5-minute walk to the metro which brings you in 15 minutes to the city centre.

Nice and clean apartment. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was good for a few nights. Kitchen is basic but fine for ‘convenience’ cooking. In a block of flats so some neighbour noise but as a family of five we probably made some too. The neighbourhood is quiet. Great location, 5 min from the island center. Very easy access to Stockholm. Helpful host. I would recommend as a good base to visit Stockholm and surrounding islands. Easy access to Bus, metro, ferry and a bridge to the city if you are driving!

Die Wohnung in Sundbyberg ist wirklich schön. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt - etwas außerhalb von Stockholm City aber sehr gut angebunden an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Sundbyberg selbst bietet auch einiges und ist sehr schön. Für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt.Einzig, dass Andreas wirklich sehr viele Informationen von uns haben wollte (IG- oder LinkedIn Profil, etc) war etwas nervig, aber vermutlich der Sicherheit geschuldet.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Für unsere Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen waren die beiden Appartements perfekt.Positive: Sehr schön und modern und großzügig eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Auch der Backofen hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir wollten Kuchen backen für eine Hochzeit und haben Rührgerät und Backblech mitgebracht, aber das kann man nicht erwarten .Zur Metro läuft man ein paar Minuten, aber ein Bus fährt fast vor dem Haus ab. Die Räume waren sehr sauber und ruhig. Türen, Aufzug und Zimmer sind nur über Codes zu öffnen, aber alles kam rechtzeitig an und scheint sehr sicher zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Coop gegenüber war das I-Tüpfelchen.Negative: Die Badzimmertür hat gequietscht, auch bei unserer Tochter mit Mann und 2 Kindern. Sie hatten die gleiche Wohnung. Ein Tropfen Öl würde helfen.

Positive: The apartment looks modern and has everything that you might need for a few days stay. Beds are comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The location is very well conected by public transport (both bus and boat). Check-in was very easy with the instructions received.Negative: "Registration" had to be done in a website external to Booking.com and asked for random data like social networks. We received several messages from the property almost every day, which I think could have been reduced.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket right across the street. There is a bus stop in 1 min walk connecting to metro, or 10 min walk to the metro station Skanstull. The apartment is nice and clean, with a well equipped kitchen.

Four of us loved staying in this apartment while exploring Stockholm! It was in an extremely walkable area and we would definitely stay here again.We would not recommend this if you are looking for peace and quiet - lots of outside noise!

Great value for money! It's a bit farther away from the city, but overall well reachable by metro. Very comfortable bed, easy check-in.Highly recommended!
