This was absolutely PERFECT for our 4 days in Stockholm. So much character, incredibly walkable, and central to all transportation options. It was so nice to make gourmet coffee in the kitchen in the morning, do a load of laundry if we needed, and we slept SO well. Staying here really enhanced our immersion into the city, I'd come back in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet area but within 5 mins of both metro and bus stops, so very easy to access. There is a handy supermarket within 5 mins walk.The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed was not terribly comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was quite small, so we let our daughter take that so we could have the larger sofa bed in the lounge, however when assembled one side of it had a definite slope, which was not ideal!The communication from the host was very good, however we did get the impression it was a company rather than a person. Partly due to the style of communication and partly due to there being a feedback form in the case of any issues, which I've never encountered before with an Airbnb host. We could be wrong about that though!Overall we were happy with everything though - it was a nice, clean apartment in a good location.

We just spent 5 nights at Olaf’s place. The location is wonderful. Tons of cafes, restaurants, bars and parks all steps away. It was a bonus being so close to the Metro station as well. Unfortunately, there is a great deal of maintenance required at the property. There are many lights that do not work. The bathroom has no window and the one working light is so dim that it is always very dark. The toaster is broken. The 2 burner electric hob does not work and 3 out of the 4 burners on the stove top do not work. I noticed that these issues have all been mentioned in previous reviews but obviously no repairs have been done.One thing that seems to be newly fixed though is that we did not have any problems with the wifi which was great.Overall - great location but lots of maintenance required.

Very nice and spacious flat in one of the typical old Vasastan buildings. Excellent location with nice restaurants, shops, a very good bakery and the tunnelbana nearby.We stayed there as a family of five, so the kitchen was a bit small for all of us, but eating out was the nicer option anyway in such a beautiful city.

Comfortable, uncluttered, clean apartment with a balcony. Convenient neighbourhood with transit pretty much at the door though one could walk to restaurants, shops etc. Well stocked supermarket across the street. The host responded to a few issues quickly. Some things to be aware of:No lights at night in the corridor. The ground floor is occupied by a school, the entrance and the foyer to the building could use a regular cleaning. On a positive note, after informing the host a cleaning crew turned up. Overall the building could do with some regular cleaning whereas the apartment was well laid out, clean and uncluttered with very comfortable beds.

Es war ein sehr netter Kontakt und in der Wohnung alles in Ordnung! Auch der Zugang zur Wohnung war problemlos!Die Großbaustelle ist ab 7h morgens sehr laut, aber auf die wurde vorher hingewiesen.

Great, spacious and clean apartment. Metro in 10-minute walking distance gets you in the centre. Great running track around the water cross two bridges, beautiful nature and scenery. Good!

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het appartement is een stukje van het centrum maar goed te bereiken én je zit met een paar stappen aan het water. We misten alleen een koffietentje in de buurt om smorgens lekker op te starten.

Olofs place was very spacious, modern and clean. The area was perfectly walkable too. I'd recommend staying here.

Stayed for 3 nights.Elias is very friendly and always quick response.Room was very clean and beautiful.There were very quiet and beautiful area,also many shop, restaurant and cafe.Walkable distance to central.I will stay again when I visit there next time.

Nice small place with a great view. The bathroom is a bit older and not so comfortable, but everything else was really good.Comfortable bad, kitchen has all the essentials, very calm and beautiful neighbourhood with ~20 mins by public transport to the center
