My family (husband and 4 kids) and I had a wonderful experience in this apartment. It was very comfortable, excellently located, and easy to get around with the train just two blocks away. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just one block away, which is excellent by the way. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we made breakfast every morning. There are many shops and parks around; it was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable, and the building is clean and quiet. Elías was always available for questions and concerns. I highly recommend it.

This apartment is well located. Elias was very communicative with detailed instructions and advice for everything! The second bedroom is a little small, but the bed still comfortably slept two people. The overhead light in the kitchen did not work but the under cabinet/hood vent lights were a good substitute. Fantastic water pressure in the sinks and shower. The bathroom is also equipped with a towel warming bar! One evening there was a party with loud music on the street but as soon as we came upstairs into the unit we could not hear the noise. A recommendation to those not used to the early morning or late evening sun, bring eye masks for sleeping! The windows have blinds but they do not effectively block out the sunlight. Overall it was a lovely stay. I do think the unit was a bit expensive to rent but I think that may be my impression of Stockholm in general. I am happy we stayed here for our visit to Stockholm.

Olof was a great host and available when needed. All communication and instructions were all clear and precise.Overall lovely place, good location and value for money.

I stayed in the apartment for five nights. It was very clean and Olof was always responsive.The apartment is in a really great location - extremely walkable, plenty of restaurants, some coffee shops, a convenience store, plus the subway. I did walk a few items to see the surroundings to the city center, and it was a pleasant walk as well.Overall, the apartment met my needs and I would stay again.

Andreas ‘an apartment is in the perfect location. It ‘s easy to reach the old town and ivar Lo ‘s Park etc. The apartment is clean ,simple and equipped. We enjoy the stays in Stockholm. I highly recommend.

Très bon emplacement si vous participez à un congrès au centre de congrès de Stockholm, sinon loin du centre de Stockholm mais qui au final est très rapidement accessible par les transports publics. Logement propre et bien décoré.

Incredible experience, I would love to come again!Positive: I loved the brand new apartment with its amazing view, I loved the area (really charming), it was very easy to go to the city center (Ubers were fast and cheap), I would have loved to take the ferry but did not have the time. I loved having breakfast at Elite Tower hotel (4 min walk) they offer 15% discount to nearby customers. Communication with the owner was very efficient.Negative: The heating system was noisy

Sehr schönes, helles Appartement. Die Lage auf Södermalm war perfekt für Spaziergänge durch die Stadt, viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung.

J’ai séjourné 4 jours chez Andreas,Le logement est magnifique et totalement Atypique…L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Stockholm… proximité des transports en communs (ferry et bus) tout en étant au calme. On a un supermarché à proximité pour acheter ce dont on a besoins.L’accès et l’arrivé au logement est clair et facile avec les instructions d’Andreas.Si un jour je reviens à Stockholm… c’est de nouveau chez Andreas….

nice location. note: can hear everything that happens on the stairs because the appartment is right next to it. lift was broken one night so we heard every single visitor all night long...

Lovely apartment, exactly what we needed in a great location.

Fantastiskt boende i ett lugnt område med underbar utsikt åt två håll. Vi njöt verkligen av balkongen under sommarkvällen. Lägenheten var rymlig, ljus och mycket trevlig. Snabb och trevlig kommunikation med värden, och lakan och handdukar ingick, vilket var väldigt smidigt. Den självständiga incheckningen fungerade perfekt. Dessutom var det praktiskt med varuautomat i trapphuset.

Ryddig, fin leilighet. Litt trangt i «sovealkoven» men gode senger! Fint kjøkken og stort praktisk bad. Tok litt tid før vi fant ut av bussene nr3 og 79, men de var nyttige. Litt langt å gå med kofferter til T-banen .

The apartment is neat and clean, with an airy and peaceful ambiance that provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you step inside. It is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a pleasant stay.While the washroom is on the smaller side, it is perfectly adequate for two people staying in the apartment. It is clean and functional. Another thing to note is that the cleaning fee is on the higher side compared to the size of the apartment.I highly recommend this apartment for those who want to experience Scandinavian living style.

Andrea ci ha dato ottime indicazioni su come arrivare e la sua casa ha ampi spazi su cui è possibile parcheggiare. la casa si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo tranquillissimo, pulito, signorile e isolato. Si compone fondamentalmente di tre stanze un'ampia camera da letto, un piccolo cucinino ed effettivamente un bagno spettacolarmente piccolo. È chiaramente specificato da Andrea e, non avendo problemi di adattamento, abbiamo prenotato sapendo che era così e non ci ha creato alcun problema in merito. Qualora dovessimo tornare a Stoccolma torneremmo sicuramente da Andreas con cui ci siamo davvero trovati molto bene!
