Very easy access with Metro, tram and train. Close to supermarkets and the area is very nice.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien situé.Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille. Le lieu répondait tout à fait à nos besoins. Les adultes ont dormi dans la chambre et les enfants dans le salon.L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme. Le centre ville est à 20 minutes à peine, grâce à la ligne verte. Vous trouverez une supérette au métro, à 5 minutes à pied, et un super marché à 10 minutes à pied ou 3 arrêts de bus (ligne 65).Nous avons préparé quelques repas sur place. La cuisine et bien équipée. La salle de bain est un brin vétuste. L'écoulement de l'eau est lent. Le néon met 10 minutes à s'allumer. Il serait utile de le signaler aux locataires, car nous avons cherché longtemps et trouvé par hasard. (Un petit mot au dessus de l'interrupteur ?)Attention, il n'y a pas de machine à laver. À prendre en compte pour les plus longs séjours. Ce sont des petites choses. Rien qui ne doive vous empêcher de profiter de ce joli logement que je recommande.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Stockholm. Transports en commun faciles d'accès. Environnement calme. Epicerie sur place. Logement conforme au descriptif. Je recommande.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut gelegen (Bus 76 fährt vor der Haustür direkt ins Zentrum). Olof hat ausführliche Anleitungen für Check-In etc gegeben. Lediglich ein Nachteil: das eine Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster und keine gute Belüftung.Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung in Zukunft wieder buchen.

Kim was very helpful and quick in his responses. The Tott building is only about a 15 min walk away from the main square in Åre. And you are super quick to the skilift. Unfortunately I left my favourite boots in the room, because the door shut too quick and the keys were inside on the table as instructed. I would have paid for the DHL or Postoffice and the circumstances, but the cleaner didn't "find" them. This was the only downside, that they could not send me my shoes, but it was my mistake. Just for you all, the door is very heavy, make sure you have all your stuff out before you go. 🥰😅😅

Me and my friend stayed at this apartment during our visit to Stockholm.The apartment is great, very clean. It also has pleasant design.The instructions of check in were very clear and detailed. Yes, you will need to use several codes, but it wasn't that complex to figure them out.The location of the apartment is brilliant, 10/10. The district is quite, but nearby (like 10 min walk) there're plenty of restaurants and cafés. It's also easy and fast to get to the city center by bus.We were very happy to stay at this apartment.

Absolutely stunning lakeside view! The flat was immaculately clean with all necessities provided. Communication with the landlord was smooth and pleasant. Plus, its proximity to the city center and main attractions made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Thanks Elias!

me gustó mucho estar allí, tranquilo y limpio, 4 estrellas por qué le falta utensilios para cocinar, no hay cafetera ,ollas o tostadora, pero el alajomiento estuvo bien

Overall my stay was fine (5 nights). Property was easy to find, very clear instructions how to get in. First nights when it was still quite cold outside it was really cold in the apartment. Warmer blankets would be nice to have. The mattress is quite old and soft and would probably not work for people with back pain. Only at the very end of my stay I also noticed stains on the mattress. Other than that all was fine. Apartment was very clean. Building was quiet. Kitchen is tiny but well equipped. Shower worked well once you get adjusted to it. Neighbourhood is just perfect. A lot of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, pubs. Walking distance to everywhere. The host is very responsive and helpful. In my opinion I paid a bit much for such a tiny place, but I booked it last moment just two weeks before my trip, and it was the cheapest I could find, so probably it’s fair. Overall, for those who is flexible and need a simple place to sleep and convenient location, I totally recommend this place

Olof's accommodation is very clean and bright, and the decoration is very nice. It was very easy to access and the arrival is flexible, and rather well located. However, the kitchen is not very well equipped (no stove or microwave), the hairdryer was missing and there was a malfunction with the fridge.
