The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and had all of the amenities listed. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The location of the Airbnb was convenient to our friends who live on the island. It was also a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to get on the metro.

The apartment is easy to reach with metro and about 30 min from Stockholm Center. Communication and check in was very easy and good. The apartment was clean and pleasant though with minimal equipment (towels, sponges, cleaning devices). There is a beautiful reserve and beach nearby! Overall we had a great stay.

It was nice compact house with very beautiful location nearby the river.It is well connected to city centre through nearby metro station and bus stand.Supermarket was also nearby.Balcony view is exceptional.We loved our stay.

Schönes sauberes Appartement, der Aufzug und der Flur sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Großer Appartementkplex in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, uns hat es gut gefallen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man gut in die Altstadt, es fahren Fähren, Busse und U- Bahn.

Great stay in an even better location. Olof was helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get into the building. Everything was just as described and the stay couldn’t have gone better!

Pros:The location was great, close to bus lines 76 and 3, the metro and Södermalm as a whole. Tens of great restaurants nearby and a Co-op right across the street. The flat itself was very clean, modern and comfortable. We felt very relaxed throughout. Cons:The building was quite old and the fittings in the flat were also a bit dated; I accidentally locked myself in the toilet because the lock got stuck. We had a few problems with the elevator as well. Lastly, the rug in the room hurt to walk on without socks, it was a very weird material. Overall, for the price and the location we were satisfied with our stay, but some minor changes can be made to really elevate the place.

MIeszkanie znajduje się w spokojnej, przyjemnej okolicy. Największym atutem mieszkania jest balkon z świetnym widokiem, przy którym można spędzać poranki z kawą lub wieczory z winem lub piwem. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, czyste, łóżka wygodne. W najbliższej okolicy jest sklep, restauracje i bary z naprawdę dobrym jedzeniem. Jest to też miejsce, gdzie można pospacerować i posiedzieć nad wodą. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce.Mieliśmy mały problem z zameldowaniem. Instrukcja pobrania kluczy nie była precyzyjna i w związku z tym proces trochę się przeciągnął, ale ostatecznie problem został rozwiązany.

Very nice spacious apartment for up to 6 people. Two double beds and one comfortable sleeping couch. Very nice small balcony. The kitchen has good equipment and a decent amount of plates and bowls. Rather loud if the windows if they are open, but very calm when they are closed. 30 minutes from the city centre, right at a tram, metro and bus stop. Lidl 3 minutes away. Very clean. Plenty of towels and bed linen.The price is definetely fair for what is offered and I would and will come back. Would definetely recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und ein toller Park. Gute Busverbindungen in die Altstadt. Vielen Dank an Olof dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich! Olof war gut erreichbar und ging sogar auf Sonderwünsche ein :) Die Lage war perfekt. Küche und Bad sind sehr klein, aber war auch in Ordnung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen spitzen Aufenthalt.

This place felt incredibly safe and was within walking distance to the little town center with shops and bakeries/coffee shops. Olof was super responsive/proactive with the communication as to how check-in and check-out worked. I would 100% stay here again next time I am near the Stockholm area!

Positive: A magunk emelete remek, tiszta volt, újszerű, jó volt benne lenni, pihenni. Szép a városrész, parkokkal, kisebb vendéglátó helyekkel és 3 busz is a közelben halad. Az apartmanból 3 perc alatt a tengeröbölhöz jutsz, pazar érzést nyújt, séta, sport … Jahhh, a ház mellett a coop, friss pékáru reggel 7-től.Negative: A háztömbben laknak olyanok is, akiktől elsőre idegenkedsz, de őket 3-4-szer láttuk a 4 napban. Az ágy ízlés kérdése: nekem a kanapéágy tökéletes, keményebb, azonban a hálószobai túl puha volt.

Positive: Podobała nam się lokalizacja apartamentu oraz wygoda w dostępie do mieszkania, brak kluczy tylko wejście na kod. Bardzo przyjemny wystrój mieszkania oraz wygodaNegative: Brak żelazka w mieszkaniu, mimo iż wymieniony został sprzęt do prasowania w udogodnieniach, brak informacji czy w mieszkaniu dostępne są ręczniki oraz brak półek w łazience.Na minus także kanalizacja, która po każdym użyciu wody w łazience wybijała.

Positive: Bardzo fajny apartament. Czysto. Świetna lokalizacja. Super kontakt z obsługą.Negative: Prace budowlane przed budynkiem są dosyć uciążliwe pod względem hałasu w godzinach od około 7:30 do 18:00. W czasie naszego pobytu wykonywane były prace ziemne przy użyciu ciężkiego sprzętu.

Elias was great in communication. The studio flat was clean and spacious for me as a solo traveler; however it was really warm inside and you could only open the window a little bit from the top which was not enough for air circulation. There was no air conditioning and it can be really hot in summer. There was no electric kettle, but I used a pot to boil water for my coffee. In general I was satisfied with my accommodation. Stockholm is a very beautiful city and I enjoyed my trip there.
