Elias was kind and very helpful and solution orientated when we had a issue. Overall the location is great and the apartment is nice looking. It is written that it’s a small apartment, keep in mind that it actually is!, and during the night there were people opening the door to the basement which made loud peep noises and people were in front of our door which was quite noise as the door lets sound pass quite easily! All together we would choose this apartment again!

Olof was a great host, easy to communicate with, always helpful. The place was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped.

Walking distance to train station. Nice park at the back with playgrounds for kids. Owner is responsive and gave clear instructions. Checking in was a breeze. Lovely apartment to stay.

Nice appartment in the ground floor. Everything was very clean. Very convenient location if you’re going to Stockholmsmässen, which is only 10 minutes walk away. The kitchen could use some more equipment, specially if you are staying for longer time.

Nice place to stay in Stockholm. Great connection to the city centre. With the current long periods of brightness, it would be great if the windows were a little darker.

Firstly, Stockholm is a fantastic city. Organized, clean, safe, lots to do, exciting. Secondly. Fredrik's apartment is perfectly positioned for a multiple day stay. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Close to the waterfront, central business district, shopping and cultural sights. Also, it is very well appointed with all you need (including a washer dryer for the longer stays). And just round the corner from the Salu Hall if you are looking to make a gourmet meal. Plus, it is in a traditional apartment block and gives you the Stockholm insider's experience (what it is like to like in Stockholm!) Highly ranked by me and my family. We want to return!

Sehr saubere und top ausgestattete Wohnung, es fehlt an nichts. Gute Lage, man ist mit der Fähre Nummer 80 in ca. 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm.Für so eine große Wohnanlage ist es unglaublich ruhig, die angrenzende Straße hört man. Das in der Nähe befindliche Restaurant Lulu, bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an Poké und Sushi Gerichten.Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist durch ein gegenüberliegendes Wärmewerk mit Kessel und großem Kamin nicht sehr schön.Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Stockholm und in die Schären ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Fredrik fand professionell und digital statt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable, lumineux, spacieux et plein de charme. Très bien situé, il permet de visiter aisément la ville à pied ou en transport en commun. Parfait accueil de nos hôtes. L’adresse qui nous avait été donnée initialement sur le site Airbnb était erronée mais un rapide contact avec Jostein et Elin nous a permis d’entrer dans l’appartement. Si nous devions revenir à Stockholm, nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans cette location que nous recommandons sans réserve.

Cozy apartment in a green areaPositive: The apartment is very pleasant, spacious and bright.In Scandinavian style, simple but tasteful. Pleasant decorative little things, paintings, pillows, blankets, candles, lamps for every mood.Spacious bathroom with hot shower. Sufficient number of towels. There was shower gel, shampoo, soap.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. From the dishes, I would only like to add small deep plates for porridge.There was also a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Large refrigerator.Pleasant dining area, many windows, bright and cozy.Everything was clean and tidy.There is a bus stop next to the house that goes straight to the center!If you want to use the subway, you can walk to it (less than 1 km)Across the street from the house there is a small store with basic products, but If you need a supermarket, near the subway is you can find everything.Negative: Construction work began at 7 am, not 8 as expected.The water was turned off from 10am to 2pm, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Piękne, niezapomniane wrażenia oraz super widoki.Positive: Bardzo czysty, jasny i duży apartament z kuchnią wyposażoną w najpotrzebniejsze przybory. Bardzo wygodne podwójne łóżko i dużo mniej wygodna rozkładana kanapa. Wszystko zgodne z opisem na stronie rezerwacji.Negative: Dobrze było by zaopatrzyć mieszkanie w zwykłą szmatę do wytarcia wody z podłogi.

bon appartement et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la communication était fluide et tout était bien organisé. il manquait juste un peu d'équipements dans la cuisine.

Stunning view over the water to the city with beautiful sunsets. Pristine modern apartment with comfy bed. Perfect base and the local ferry ride into the city was the perfect serene way to start and end your day.

Communications with Olof was simple and easy. All instructions were clear and he was always available to help.

Elias’s place was perfect for my three night stay. The bathroom was certainly small, but it was fine for just myself. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and big! The location was very convenient it’s a short 5ish minute walk to a metro station and about the same for a bus stop. Public transport was very useful during my stay, but the location was convenient enough that I was able to simply walk to dinner or even around the city without needing to use public transport. Elias was very clear with his instructions which made check in/out easy and efficient!
