En general ha sido una estancia magnifica, la ubicación excelente, el apartamento limpio y super bien comunicado con la ciudad.Elías estuvo atento (al llegar a la ciudad tuvimos un percance con la apertura de puerta del edificio a las 22:00, no conseguíamos entrar al edificio y estuvo pendiente hasta que lo solucionamos, fue un fallo de la App).Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%, nosotros viajamos por el maratón y fue una decisión acertada.Lo único que recomiendo al propietario, es colocar unas cortinas o persiana interior para tapar la luz que entra por la noche por la ventana, desde las 4 de la mañana había luz en la habitación y si te molesta la luz para dormir es un fuerte inconveniente en esta época del año en Estocolmo, hay unas cortinas pero no es suficiente, también puedes llevar un antifaz para dormir.Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Excellently located apartment. Clean and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Good sized apartment in quiet area, but you hear some noise from neighbours. Kitchen equippet with essatials, but a bit dated. The rug in the livingroom is a nightmare, scratchy coconut or other fiver that is very unspleasant to even stand on. Elevators gave us problems twice, there is code for the stairs we might habe missed.

L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et a donc répondu à toutes nos attentes.

Olof's place was cozy and spotless. It had everything we needed for a short stay there. We just hoped there were cooking essentials like salt and oil since we planned to cook in their unit, but decided to eat outside instead. They provided coffee and tea though.The listing says it can comfortably accommodate 4 but based on our experience, only 3 can fit the place. The sofa bed can only fit 1 person, the other side of the sofa bed is not comfortable for someone to sleep on.Location was great, was able to walk to a park nearby and a convenience store was just in front of the building, and there's a bus stop just 2 minutes away, making it easy to get around the city.Olof was very responsive, and attentive to our needs. The instructions given were very clear and we were able to find the building and get inside easily! No complaint other than the dark hallways at night, making a bit creepy to walk to the unit, but you'll get used to it as the days go by.

We had an awesome stay at this apartment. Location is great, situated quite central to Södermalm, and not too far a walk to Gamla Stan. Access with Parakey app was super efficient. Apartment was clean and tidy, with everything you’d need. Would absolutely stay again!

Hi had a lovely stay at Andrea’s place! The view from the apartment is stunning (gorgeous sunsets) and the area is nice and quiet. Easy to get to all places around the city with the bus and boat nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Accommodation just as described/ cheap, basic, clean, no frills. Short (10 minute) walk to metro.

Boendet hos Olof var rent och fräsch när vi checkade in. Allt gick väldigt smidigt, instruktionerna var tydliga. Boendet befinner sig i ett stort byggnad som verkar innehåller många Airbnbs. Det var bra gångavstånd till bussstationer och annat. Vi var väldigt nöjda med våran vistelse här!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and had all of the amenities listed. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The location of the Airbnb was convenient to our friends who live on the island. It was also a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to get on the metro.

El apartamento es cómodo y luminoso. Está muy bien ubicado, en un barrio con mucho ambiente y vida nocturna.

The apartment is easy to reach with metro and about 30 min from Stockholm Center. Communication and check in was very easy and good. The apartment was clean and pleasant though with minimal equipment (towels, sponges, cleaning devices). There is a beautiful reserve and beach nearby! Overall we had a great stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekte Lokation um ein paar Tage in Stockholm zu verbringe.

It was nice compact house with very beautiful location nearby the river.It is well connected to city centre through nearby metro station and bus stand.Supermarket was also nearby.Balcony view is exceptional.We loved our stay.
