Surprisingly calm and quiet despite the central location!

Everything good except checkin complicatedPositive: We checked in on the website, when we arrived at the place, the address was not correct from first email, they did not send us after checkin correct address and code. We contacted them and they answered the phone later (several times), they said we did not fill everything in, they sent us the link again, when we clicked, everything was filled up from first check-in. They tried to be polite on phone but he was arrogant.

The process after booking needs to be simplified.Negative: The post-booking procedure is quite complicated and cumbersome. There are several questions that seem unnecessary, such as the SMS from the USA requesting that you first provide the accommodation’s phone number and specify where the key can be collected. In my previous bookings via Booking.com in Ho Chi Minh and various places in China, the process was much simpler and more relaxed – whereas Cosy - Östersund felt rather more complex.

A 10 out of 10 in every respect – cleanliness, comfort, decoration, and a central location with a quiet environment. A very pleasant place with good connectivity to downtown Stockholm. We will recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Elias's went very nicely. The check-in process was completely hassle-free and the apartment was clean and as described. Highly recommended!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of Stockholm. Great views, and nearby jogging or walking paths along the lake. Simply a great place. Everything else in the apartment and around it is perfect.
