Second year in a row we rent from Pontus.Last year, a completely newly renovated apartment on the first floor. This year, another apartment, also very nicely renovated but a few years old on the third floor. We missed some kitchen items! A few more pieces of cutlery, more glasses, and plates – having to wash after every meal was a bit unnecessary, but okay.A few more hangers would have been appreciated.It would be great with better drying options and more clothes hanging facilities.Nice view, good TV – we will definitely be back.// Thank you, see you next year.

Very good location wise, room was smaller than expected (shower is on top of toilet) however for 2-3 nights is fine. Helpful host with detailed instructions.

A very pleasant 5-day stay. Everything is within walking distance. The accommodation matches the description.

Andreas' accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay of 3-4 days. We appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the very comfortable bed in the bedroom, and the interior design.The accommodation was located a 5-minute walk from the subway station that takes you to the city center in 10 minutes.A nearby Coop supermarket makes it easy to buy the essentials.Communication with Andreas was excellent, as he provided us with precise directions on how to reach the accommodation.If we return to Stockholm, we will definitely stay with Andreas again.

The place is as described!Clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks are the very limited flexibility regarding arrival and departure (possibly with additional fees), and it can be somewhat noisy near the corridors (it’s advisable to bring earplugs).
