A perfect place to stay for few days. It is very unique old appartament which is located in a very beautiful and convenient part of Stockholm.

This was a good base camp for our skiing holiday. The apartment is as described and we (a family of four) fit well despite quite small bedrooms. Everything was very clean and kitchen reasonably stocked. Location is very good with direct access to the slopes and still just a short walk to the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and particularily liked the panaromic view over the Åre area plus the comfortable ski in ski to the building. The ski storage room at the entrance near the ski slope was also an appeciated convenience.

The apartment is well located in a quiet area with easy access to the city center. It's a very cozy, modern and clean apartment with basically everything you need. Great view from the balcony. You can hear the neighbours, but otherwise very quiet with no traffic around. Not the best wifi. I still highly recommend this place!

Bra ställe att bo på nära till backen och nära till torget, då de tog bara fem min med bil

I stayed in Andreas's place for a work week and it was suitable for my purpose :-)

Mycket bra boende

Je recommande l'appartement de Elias à 100% : super bien situé dans un très chouette quartier, à proximité de tout (supermarchés, restaurants, bars, métro, bus) et très calme. Nous avons adoré rester dans ce logement avec ma famille et nous sentions comme à la maison. Elias a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec la cuvette des toilettes et a réglé cela très vite.

Eine gute Unterkunft für ein paar Skitage in Åre. Sauberes Zimmer und schönes geräumiges Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit der Bergbahn zu erreichen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den See.

Tutto perfetto

Sehr nette Unterkunft, tolle Lage auf Södermalm, viel Platz für eigene Dinge. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass es so viel Platz gab, um eigene Sachen abzulegen. Im Bad war ein extra dreistöckiges Regal nur für die Sachen der Gäste. Sehr sauber, der Küchentisch ist groß genug um zu viert sehr bequem dran zu essen. Die Küche hat eine gute Grundausstattung, die Messer sind scharf - das schätze ich sehr. Ich hätte mir etwas größere Töpfe und ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung gewünscht, um für drei hungrige Teenager zu kochen, aber wir kamen auch so gut zurecht. Die Wohnung ist ganz klar nur für Gäste, wird also nicht privat genutzt. Wer diese Art etwas sterile aber sehr nette airbnb-Wohnung mag, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Es gibt alles nötige, allerdings wäre eine Rolle Klopapier mehr nötig gewesen. Es ist ein bisschen lästig, für ein paar Tage Urlaub eine Klopapierrolle kaufen zu müssen. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es zu den Kerzen auch Zündhölzer gegeben hätte. Tolle Lage. Danke.
