Everything was as described, the host was friendly and helpful, I have rented a room here three times and am satisfied. In the future, I plan to return here when I am in the Stockholm area.

A cozy and appropriately sized apartment. Just a short walk to the funicular and elevators. Shops are nearby. The apartment features a Swedish sauna. The electronic lock caused a few issues, but we received a quick response from the host. A new, well-functioning drying cupboard. Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to everything without being right in the middle of it all. The place was small but very cute and charming, with everything we needed.

Elias' place was a dream; close to public transportation (Gamla Stan metro station is just one stop from Central Station and 4-5 trains stop there); tons of things to do and see within walking distance (restaurants, shops, bakeries, the Nobel Prize museum, the waterfront--old town is amazing, and you can literally cross a bridge and walk downtown). My favs were the heated bathroom floor, the sauna (because we were there in February), and the candles to help us embrace that Scandinavian dark as the local do. The kitchen is well-equipped. The washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. AND of course the acoustic guitar, which my husband loved because he plays his at home everyday so seeing on at Elias' was sweet! The building is very quiet and the walkup was not bad. We loved the old building and the modern touches in the apartment. It was very cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay in Elias' apartment again!
