Perfect location and very cozy apartment, would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a quieter area of SoFo, yet still just a short walk to great restaurants, cafés, and shops, with easy bus access to other parts of Stockholm. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the entry app was very easy to use. We’d definitely stay again.

A fantastic stay – the room was spacious and very clean. There are plenty of furniture shops and galleries nearby, and the street is very quiet at night. Right opposite is a pizza place, and within a 5-minute walk there are two large supermarkets, making it easy to cook for yourself. A major shopping district is just a 10-minute walk away.

Excellent! There were four of us and we really enjoyed this place. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and easy to reach from the metro. Check-in was flexible and straightforward, with a stunning view of the frozen lake in winter. The shower was roomy and spotless. I highly recommend this accommodation 👌🏻

Fredrick’s place was very easy to find, very clean on the inside, everything was listed accurately. However, the digital lock was not working and despite numerous attempts to fix the lock on the same night via customer services, the lock issue remained unresolved and I had to move to another air BnB for two nights. Fredrik did respond to my messages the same night of the issue, however at times it was very delayed responses. I moved to a hotel thereafter to avoid further inconvenience and confusion so I did not actually spend the night in Fredrick’s air BnB. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one due to the inconvenience with the lock. However Fredrik remained professional and compensated me for the inconvenience.

Nice accommodation mainly because of the location in a quiet and safe area and its close proximity to the metro and a supermarket. The apartment had everything you need for a one-week stay (well-equipped kitchen and tidy bathroom), and the mattress was very comfortable. However, I noticed some hairs on the headboard, a bit of dust on the walls and in the bed linen, and the hairdryer needs cleaning or replacing. Overall, I would recommend this place, and the minor issues wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

The apartment was nice and very well located. However, the weather was very cold during our stay, and even though the heaters were set to the maximum, the apartment remained uncomfortably cold.

The place was as expected. The apartment was clean and nice, and we received quick responses and help when we needed it.

Great place to stay if you're planning to ski in Åre. Super close to the lift, which made getting on the slopes super convenient :)

We had a great ski vacation here! The location was perfect! ski in-out. Close to the city/shops/restaurants. Yes it was steep, but we thought it was charming and beautiful. If the legs are too tired, you can take "Bergbanen" bake to the apartment. It was very cold in tha bathroom(!), but we did have -16 degrees outside, and we are used to the cold :-) The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. So easy with the ski-in-out! There was space for the ski outside the door, and a good entrance to out ski-boots, big jackets, mittens etc. We would diffinately book again!
