Very nice flat in the beautiful neighborhood right in the old town.

We had a good stay at Fredrik‘s place. He was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment has all the necessities and is within walkable distance to lots of nice cafés and restaurants.

This place felt like a home away from home. Very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We were kindly greeted with a homemade apple dessert waiting for us in the fridge, which was enjoyed whilst sat on the beautiful balcony overlooking the owner’s lovely garden. The Metro is a short walk away which brings you to Stockholm city within minutes. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely return.

Exactly like described. Checking in was easy and flexible. Just the right size for two. The host was nice, directions were easy to understand and apartment was clean. Would come again. Near by restaurants and cafes were amazing and public transportation to anywhere we wanted to go was easy.

A comfortable house in a nice location with an incredible sight. Metro is at walking distance, but there are some climbs to do on the way back. The apartment is on the third floor; the building has a fascinating but ancient elevator, that may not work at times.Highly recommended if you don't mind the stairs.

Apart sympa et calme. L'environnement surprend un peu à l arrivée mais on comprend vite qu'il y a un accès facile au bus qui est à 1 arrêt de la gare central. L'apart était propre et agréable. Elias est ultra réactif si on a besoin d un renseignement.Bon séjour.

Comme dans la description tout y était, à 10min des transports et 30 min du centre ville .L’appartement est bien situé et très calme , voisinage très respectueux.Je recommande si vous passer par Stockholm à 100%

Logement bien placé dans Stockholm, règlement strict et salle de bain un peu vétuste mais le logement est agréable.

I stayed at this place for four nights. The location is great - close to the city center. The buildings and the whole complex are new and modern. Very well furnished. It has everything you need for a short stay in Gothenburg. It is cosy and clean. Instructions from the host are very clear and there was no trouble with check in/out. I would only appreciate an information about an on-going construction in the area because it is quite noisy - the workers start around 7 a.m. But overall it was great.

Closest parkinglot was 124kr per 24h.Further down, 34kr per 24h

Wir waren 4 Personen. Es war so, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben - alles Bestens. Olof hat immer sehr schnell und exakt geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Stadtreise - sauber, funktional und keine unnötigen Sachen in der Wohnung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte) und die City ist zu Fuß oder mit Metro sehr gut erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Stockholm reisen ist Olof unsere erste Adresse. Nochmals Danke an Olof.

This is a great place to stay with a great location. You’ll find everything you need within a few blocks walk. Very helpful host and made the Stockholm trip worthwhile!
