This apartment is stylish and in a great location. Maybe 10 min walk from the metro and 4 minute walk from a grocery store, 0 min walk from the closest restaurant. Amenities were above and beyond what we needed - the espresso machine and the kitchen were well-stocked. 4.3/5

Great location, comfy

Overall great studio, very good location close to the main part of stockholm, everything you would need to spend few days in the city, in a very good condition. Host was a bit difficult to communicate with since most of the things that were written seemed like a automatic answers and was ignoring few details about from which airport we were actually coming so we can get the right direction

The apartment is in such a great area and very close to the MetroThe apartment is on a quiet street with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Elias, as a host, was a good communicator, and all instructions were helpful and clear.

We spent 5 nights here to explore Stockholm. The location was perfect. Very close to metro, but also walkable to nearby shops and even central downtown. It is also very easy to find scooters nearby, and the bike lanes are impressive. Since we were a little further from town, it was very quiet at night.The building is older but has lots of charm and was very clean. The apartment also has an updated kitchen. It did not have AC, so it was a little warm at times, but the balconies have seating, and it cooled down eventually.We would love to stay here again.

The appartment is situated in the quite place, near to two supermarkets,it takes only to 3-5 minutes walking. Near is also the metro/tunnelbahna/station,cca 5-7minutes walking.There are also some good restautants .Appartment is modernly furnished and clean,quite big and suitable for 3-4 people.

We had a great stay at this accomodation! We looked for something with a good public transport connection and some nature in reach and Elias's place was the perfect finding. It was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen isle was great for a quick breakfast and a late night snack :)

We had a lovely time in Gothenburg also thanks to Elias' place that is just a short walk from the downtown and shops but also near two nice parks/forests that provide a very much needed relaxation in nature. The apartment itself is not the largest but provided everything we needed for a couple days of our stay.

Vackert område snyggt hus

The place was exactly like on photos, clean, new and there was everything what was needed including towels. The comunication was perfect, Andreas responded in a while and helped us everytime. The check in instructions were clear and easy to understand. You’ll be at the town by using bus and subway.

Unsere Schwedenreise (Familie) war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft in Södermalm liegt sehr gut, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Die Grundausstattung der Wohnung ist OK.

Wir können den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr empfehlen; es ist alles vorhanden an Utensilien, die man benötigt, die Lage ist top, und die Kommunikation bestens, und der Check-in sehr einfach und mit klaren Anweisungen. Einzige Sache, die man vorher im Kopf haben sollte, ist eventuell, dass das Badezimmer sehr klein ist, sodass das Duschen eher schneller ausfällt, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kein Problem darstellt.

Fijn appartement net buiten het centrum van Stockholm. Mooi uitzicht op water en heerlijk ontbijtcafé in de buurt. Met de bus/metro ben je binnen 20 min in het centrum. Het geeft je de rust van een buitenwijk maar je bent ook snel in de drukte.

O apto estava de acordo com a descrição e é bem espaçoso e adequadamente equipado. O bairro é bem tranquilo e muito próximo ao metro. Gostamos bastante e tudo ocorreu muito bem.

Cosy and well equipped apartment in a good location with easy access to the city centre, would stay again

Беше по-малко от очакваното и от снимките. Местоположението е много удобно, близо до метро и в тих квартал, а наблозо е пешеходна улица с ресторанти. Обаче трябваше сами да разпънем дивана, не беше подготвен, а се знаеше, че ще е нужен. Като цяло е добре

Aangenaam verblijf met zeer goede ligging. Metrostation naar Stockholm City is slechts 5-10min stappen. Winkel is heel dichtbij. Ideaal voor een citytrip in Stockholm. Zeker aan te raden!

L’alloggio è situato ad una fermata di autobus dal centro di Göteborg (la fermata si raggiunge percorrendo un percorso di 400 mt a piedi). L’appartamento di presenta curato e ben fornito di elettrodomestici. La vista sulla città e sul canale è meravigliosa.Non saprei descrivere difetti.
