Bel appartement bien placé proche du métro et du centre ville, vaste duplex, très calme en étage.

This is in an excellent location, but you already know that. Having stayed, I can tell prospective visitors that it is a clean, plain apartment. It is represented accurately in photographs. It is in every other way a now-standard corporate Airbnb: sparsely appointed (a kitchen without salt, pepper or oil, containing the barest of utensils in the kitchen, an old jar of instant coffee but no way to make any other kind of coffee), some randomly purchased second-hand airport novels for character, and entry requirements involving both an app and a key locked to a bike post offsite (!) that signal "actual residents are not to know you are here", despite the fact that half the building appears to be short term rentals. Communication with "Olaf", the purported host, consisted mostly of automatically generated messages. As an alternative to a hotel (or more accurately, a motel), this room is best described as... fine. For anyone looking for the things that make an Airbnb special, though...

Super schöne Wohnung in einer perfekten Lage in der Altstadt. Der Gastgeber ist super schnell bei den Antworten und sehr freundlich. Leider zeigen Foto zwei und vier das gleiche Bett, das fünfte Bett ist in Wirklichkeit eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, dass über eine Glastür verschlossen werden kann. Für uns kein Problem, da wir das Zimmer nicht zwingend brauchen.

Un logement très pratique avec arrivée et départ autonomes et tout ce dont on a besoin. Bien situé près du métro et dans un quartier calme. Je remercie l’hôte de sa réactivité, sa disponibilité et bienveillance. Simple, mignon, spacieux et bien aménagé.

the space was tidy, and the proximity to central station was a 28 minute walk - while stopping to take pictures of any/everything. great space for 1-2 people, with Ubers throughout the city costing no more than $13. great price, and great location to reach any and everything in central Gothenburg. buses were 7 minutes walk, but just a great location, and definitely plan to stay again the next time visiting Gothenburg.

We enjoyed staying at Elias' studio. City center is walkable, however mostly quiet environment. Everything is the way he discribes it and the communication was great. We'd absolutely recomend staying there.

Super appartement, nous étions quatre et nous l’avons trouvé spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Il est un peu excentré, mais les transports en commun sont réguliers et très faciles à trouver (20-25 min du centre ville de Stockholm). Olof est très réactif, amical, il nous a donné pleins d’instructions afin que notre séjour se passe bien. Nous recommandons ! Colin Family

Flat is extremely well located, bright and clean.Communication with Elias was clear and quick.Only downsides I could mention:-you need an app to open the doors, our phone battery died at some point so we had to go somewhere to charge my phone-I had indicated that we needed the 2 beds to be done, but only one was done when we arrived, but Elias indicated us quickly where the spare sheets were-the flat is not a "home" as mentioned, it is a professional rental place in a building where 80% of the flats are Airbnb-some features are on the "cheap" side, our curtain was broken / could not be moved without falling-a Nespresso coffee machine with a few pods would be a great addition

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We really loved the layout of the house and the walkable neighborhood. Frederik made it easy to find the location and was super welcoming!

super günstige & nette Wohnung mit schneller Anbindung ins Zentrum! :)

Fantastisk lejlighed! God beliggenhed. Perfekt til at besøge Stockholm. Tæt på metro og også i gåafstand fra centrum Eneste få obs: selve nøgleboksen var lidt svær at finde da der var mange cykler parkeret rundt om. Bare led godt, den er der. Man får desuden en del automatisk e-mails fra udlejer om regler ved udlejningen. Det kan virke lidt skræmmende men alt var meget roligt ved selve opholdet.
