I really enjoyed staying in this family home.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures or better. It has everything that one would need and is located in a safe, nice and convenient location about 20 minutes from central Stockholm. Elias is very responsive and a great host!

it's really the best district with a great park. comfortable transport. metro station and bus stops are near. big supermarket and local cafes are also near the house. I recommend this appartment 100%

When we arrived, there were dishes in the dishwasher and there was no dish towel. The apartment was so tiny, but we have expected that. The location is around 3 km from the city centre. All in all we rate the price-quality ratio positively.

Good to stay for a few days

Klein aber fein (wie wir auf deutsch sagen)Unterkunft:Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und war auch sehr sauber. Sie ist sehr gut für Geschäftsreisen geeignet.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir vielleicht noch einen Besen wünschen.Tatsächlich war mir gar nicht bewusst, dass es dort ein Wandbett gibt aber der Aufbau hat sich als nicht schwierig erwiesen.In der Beschreibung war irgendwie angegeben, dass es keinen Fernseher gibt aber in der Unterkunft war doch ein Smart-TV vorhanden.Lage:Das die Unterkunft an einer Straße liegt wusste ich, allerdings ist sie doch recht viel befahren. Man hört die Autos bei geschlossenem Fenster aber nicht.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch etwas entfernt, hat mir aber persönlich nichts ausgemacht.Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft!

nice apartment, worth the price. close to the subway, lots of bars and cafés around.yep, the bath is as small as it looks at photos, but it is still usable (unlessyou have some disabilities), bed is very soft (again, depending on personal preferences)

Suficiente, buena relación calidad-precio.

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung, ruhig gelegen, aber man ist schnell mit der U-Bahn im Zentrum. Sehr sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Schlafcouch ist etwas durchgelegen und quietscht. Für 2 Personen oder auch drei ein ideales Appartement um Stockholm zu erleben. Alles lief reibungslos ab.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A fantastic place to stay such a great and historical area with lots of places to eat ,lots of sightseeing and great transport links via tube or ferry.Local grocery store for all your needs is open late and very well stocked.You get a real sense of living in "old town" the palace is minutes away and even a playground for the children.Olaf's instructions were ver clear and it was the easiest check in and out we could have had.Would recommend a stay here.

Everything was excellent! Really clear instructions on how to get to the building and check-in! Definitely recommend it!

Hola!Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%. La casa es preciosa, nueva, limpia, ordenada y con un balcón enorme y unas vistas preciosas al jardín. La zona es céntrica, puedes ir caminando al ayuntamiento y Casco antiguo en una media hora. También puedes coger el metro que tienes enfrente de casa, nada más cruzar la calle y llegarás en 5 minutos.Tienes muchos restaurantes buenos para comer y sitios para desayunar y hacer Fika buenísimos. Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños muy cómodos, como si estuviésemos en nuestra casa. Muchas Gracias Fredrik :-)

Mycket trevligt och fint , lägenheten var bra , fräsch och hade allt man behövde . Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Wenn man groß ist, dann hat man oben bei den Betten Probleme mit der Höhe der Decke.Küche war gut ausgestattet.Die Lage ist toll - gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bus und Straßenbahn gleich in der Nähe. Riesiger Kinderspielplatz, herrlich gelegen am neuen Schwimmbad.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - jederzeit wieder.

Stayed here for 3 weeks, great place if you're staying alone, with two people it might be too small. Close to public transportation, a bit isolated yet close to the city. Overall a nice place to stay

As described and convenient (note the only windows face onto the other flats so it’s not private if you want light or the window open)

We really enjoyed our stay at Elias' place. The area is quiet and a bus stop away from the city center. The place was really clean with a new kitchen and bathroom and it included all the amenities listed. Elias was really responsive and answered all of our questions. Just mind your head when you go up the stairs to the bedroom because the ceiling is really low.
