What guests are saying

I very much enjoyed my stay! Great location for exploring a bunch of small shops and boutiques. The apartment is walking distance from anywhere I wanted to get to, and even only about a 20-25 minute walk to Gamla Stan (I live in NYC so walking is a part of my everyday life) and exploring the area was so easy too! Went for a solo trip for my university holiday, and the weather made the experience so much better. All I will say is that the upstairs neighbors footsteps and running were heard clearly and made the bathroom door shake when closed, but I know there are families living in the building so I didn’t mind much. Overall a good stay!

Great and centrally located apartment!

The apartment is really beautiful and cozy. There is a good connection to the subway and buses. There was plenty of information provided in advance regarding check-in/out and details about the apartment. Frederik was always easy to reach and responded quickly. We initially had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and a technician was quickly sent over to help. The furniture was functional and everything looked very new. It appears it was only renovated in January. There was always a somewhat unusual odor in the bathroom, but it was okay. The dishes in the kitchen were not very clean, but we rinsed the items we intended to use beforehand, and then it was fine.We would love to come back!

The place had a very central location, which made it easy for us to access many cafes and restaurants nearby it was also conveniently close to Gamla Stan and other central locations. The sheets and linens provided in the apartment were clean, and the towels were perfectly white and fresh. From the very beginning, the host gave us all the necessary information and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.Even though we stayed with a baby (<2 years old), the apartment met all our needs very well and was comfortable for us. We had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

The apartment itself was beautiful, in a great location, and very fairly priced. It became clear that the building hosts several Airbnb units, which makes you wonder how this kind of setup is affecting the housing market in Stockholm. It doesn’t really feel in line with what Airbnb was originally about.I should have read the description and reviews more carefully when choosing but was swooned by the images which don’t lie — everything is lovely and everything worked great, but it lacked any personal touch or warmth. Speaking of warmth: DO bring thick socks and sweaters. The apartment was definitely on the colder side. I only had a tiny bag, so despite the warning, was unable to pack much else, and took a few extra hot showers to warm up my core. But again, the apartment and location is TOP Stunning. Olaf is also very communicative, as he should be, as it is his actual job. :)

Great location, less than 3 minutes away from the subway and 10 minutes from the central station. Perfect for a short stay.

Andreas' apartment was exactly how we expected. Very clean, stylish and cosy. It was very peaceful during the day and at night time. The temperature inside was perfect and easily adjustable. The kitchen also provided many tools to cook daily. Everything looks brand new. It's at a walking distance of many shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. And public transport as well. Gamla Stan is also very close, we went there by walk in a sunny morning and it was perfect. All the information provided to arrive from the airport or for the check in, check out and the stay were easy to follow.Thank you for having us

A bit far from the metro, the pillows were uncomfortable. There are not enough cups, there is a scale but not enough cups, why?
