It was a nice apartament with a view on to lake. The building and apartament has some old fashioned details, but everything working fine and make this place interesting. We felt very cosy in this apartament.

L'alloggio si trova in quartiere tranquillo, non proprio centrale ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, in particolare per la vicinanza alla metro. L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito ma più adatto ad una coppia che a una famiglia di quattro persone (due bambine) contando che è davvero molto piccolo (cosa comunque segnalata nella descrizione), per quanto ben organizzato e fornito del necessario. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'apertura della porta, non essendo stati messi al corrente che solo una delle due serrature funziona e che per l'apertura occorre esercitare una certa energia. Elias si è comunque in qualche modo attivato. Nel complesso il giudizio è positivo e l'appartamento è da consigliare, soprattutto, come detto, per una coppia come punto di partenza per la visita della città.

We stayed one week. Needed to have minimal communication with the host. Its a small place but lots of storage space and had everything that was mentioned. the apartment is part of couple of similar buildings with similar units. About 10 mins of walk from Bredang metro station and there is a huge supermarket next to the station. All in all, it was a pretty nice stay.

Entsprach genau der Beschreibung, super Anbindung mit ÖPNV an die Innenstadt und sehr ruhig gelegen, d.h. in der Umgebung ist tatsächlich nichts los. Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig) vor der Tür. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft um Stockholm zu erkunden!

Our stay there was amazing and it was very easy to commute to the train stations to get to the city centre and that groceries stalls are very accessible down by the stations. It could be a long stroll to get there with all the luggage and bags, but it's actually pretty refreshing to walk the park when commuting. Our stay was fanstantic, and will highly reccomend this place.

The apartment was exactly what i was looking for. The place is modern and clean, whit all the comforts one needs. The apartment is just outside the city, in 25 minutes you are in the downtown.

Super Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt, im umliegenden Viertel gibt es viele schöne Läden, Lokale und Cafés. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Städtetrip!

Excellent séjour chez Ellias

The apartment itself is in a quite area, but almost every night it was loud, some noise was coming from the neighbours. The apartment gets pretty hot during the day. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor where there is no elevator. We had a baby push chair with us and it was a bit challenging for us as we always needed to leave it in the car. The studio was clean and tidy, no complaints on that side. There was no water boiler (kettle) and no pan in the kitchen. Plates and cutlery were in the apartment, but with a very tiny pot,we couldn't cook anything. No salt or pepper etc. There was tea and coffee and cups, but again, no kettle.We just tried to warm up some food in the oven and in 10 mins or so, the alarm started beeping even though the ventilation was running. Hot water just for 5 minutes or so, but it was enough for us, didn't really have any problems with it.It was close to the t line train(10 mins walk), which was very convenient.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and found it to be clean, cozy and well connected to the city centre.

Wir hatten einen super unkomplizierten Aufenthalt! Sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Umgebung.

Very nice clean place, close to public transport (<25m to T-Centralen), GREAT price for being close to Stockholm, probably because of road noise. We were there 12 days and, while noisy, the road became part of the background and did not disturb us. No coffee pot or water kettle, but we used the microwave to heat water for instant coffee. Fridge and stove worked well for many meals. Washer/Dryer was great and we used it several times. Olof was VERY proactive and responsive with his communications and I would stay at his property again.

Sono stata ospite da Olof 10 giorni con mio marito e i nostri tre figli.L'appartamento è stato facile da raggiungere con Arland express e metro rossa fino a Liljeholmen (stazione molto comoda xché ben collegata) poi circa 8 minuti a piedi con una passeggiata bellissima lungo il mare (tramonto e notte regalano scorci indimenticabili). L'appartamento al 4' piano ha una vista sull'acqua stupenda. Livello di pulizia eccellente. Tutto ordinato e nuovissimo. Arredamento grazioso e confortevole. Noi abbiamo usato anche il divano letto per dormire e ci siamo trovati bene. Una nota positiva per la doccia comodissima. Acqua sempre calda. I servizi come lavapiatti, lavatrice e asciugatrice sono un plus molto gradito sopratutto per soggiorni un po' lunghi.L'appartamento è molto ben insonorizzato e non abbiamo mai sentito rumori.La posizioni è ottima! Nella piazzetta (con leoni e fontana) c'è un buon supermercato. Altrimenti lidl o coop alla fermata della metro. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!!

Der Aufenthalt in Olofs Apartment war großartig. Das Apartment ist gut mit Bus und U-Bahn von der Stadt aus erreichbar. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben. Check-in und Check-out war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Olof war super. Er hat im Voraus über alles wichtige informiert. Gerne wieder 👍🏽

Perfect. Incredible location, excellent communication, apt has everything you could need, lovely art and furnishings. Could not have been better.

The area is just incredible - an upscale residential neighbourhood with high end restaurants, bakeries, cafés, little seafood store, several grocery stores and great metro/bus connections within a few blocks. The apartment was beautiful and very functional. Good kitchen. Maybe a microwave would be nice as it wasn’t supplied.The only thing to note… please if anyone could explain to me, I have stayed in many apartments in Sweden and again did an online search to try to solve the riddle……. Why do Scandinavians, who are so sophisticated and civilized, not have proper showers??? A cheap shower curtain right next to the toilet that doesn’t really do anything, all open, the entire bathroom dripping wet after showering, no shower wall or divider of any functional benefit…. It’s not just this apartment, it’s everywhere but we can’t get over it.Lovely apartment - lovely neighborhood - we were so happy here.

The price is fair for the location. Elias was really arranging, we need to check out a night early and he agreed without any issue. The hot water is limited but we were aware of that beforehand and it was still enough for both of us to wash our air without any issue

The flat is small but very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in instructions were very clear, although it was still slightly tricky to find when we arrived late at night and it was dark. It was easy enough to use public transport to get to central Gothenburg but there weren’t many shops that nearby the flat. Overall, we had a lovely stay, the flat is perfect for a few nights away.

Nice and cosy appartement. It’s located 10 minutes away from the metro station to reach the city center. The only thing was the shower, not enough hot water for 2 I recommend this place for a trip in Stockholm.
