Bardzo wygodny mały apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Dojazd komunikacją miejską z centrum w 10 minut - 2 przystanki, a przy tym położenie na dawnych terenach portowych, przy nowoutworzonym parku z basenem, dodatkowo niedaleko piękny park na wzgórzach z widokiem na całe miasto (Keillers Park). Cały kompleks, w którym znajduje się apartament jest nowy, bardzo ładny i czysty, dużo zieleni i przytulna atmosfera. Apartament dla w sam raz dla dwóch osób - duża łazienka, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, wygodne łóżko na antresoli, klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, czytelne i szczegółowe informacje o tym gdzie pobrać klucze i jak odnaleźć apartament. Gorąco polecam!

Elias place is absolutely wonderful! As opposed to cookie cutter Airbnb with bare minimum amenities, Elias's place was fully stocked and could truly be called a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Stockholm.

This place worked well for my family's vacation to Stockholm. It is located in a very residential area less than 10 minute walk to the Gardet metro entrance. We found a grocery store nearby that served our needs. You do need to venture further into town for restaurants, bars, and shops. We often just walked but the red line metro ran from Gardet to Central Station to Gamla Stan to Sodermalm so was extremely easy and convenient to take to most of the main areas and attractions.The apartment is comfortable for four people. There is not a lot of storage for suitcases or places to unpack clothes. There are a couple of closets in the hallway (one with shelves) which we used after moving some things around. And the bathroom is small but we know things are different in Sweden and actually liked the minimalist approach. The living room and kitchen were great.Our host Olof was quick to respond and very helpful. We definitely recommend his place and would love to stay there again.

Great Stay!

It was a really pleasant stay at Elias's place. It is a tiny and cozy apartment. Hit our heads a couple of time :) Well equipped apartment! Can make simple meals. Location is a bit of 800m walk to the nearest bus stop and tram stop. But it's right next to the very centre of town if anybody fancies walking about 40minutes. Living area is clean but dusty surface is visible under the bed and around the cabinet etc. I would definitely return to this apartment! :)

Lovely small apartment. Definitely worth the money.

Nice studioappartment at the “Frihamn” area in Göteborg. Clean and fitted with what you need. Be aware that it is not standing height aroundthe bed (we are 176 cm and 188 cm).Area around is still under reconstruction. Easy parking close by, just be aware of price, we payed almost half of our rent price for 5 nights, easy app for paying the parking. The apartment is close to public transport, we used the tram to get to and from the city center (on the other side of the harbour), 15 min walk to the station.Easy to check in and out.

This apartment is a gem. Well equipped, very comfortable, in a beautifully peaceful neighbourhood. It is part of a larger, older house with a mature garden - the owner is happy for you to sit out and enjoy it. There is a very pleasant balcony as well.I prefer to stay slightly outside of a city centre - and for me the location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Metro station, and from there 15 minutes to central Stockholm - on public transport that was quick, clean, and efficient (We never had to wait more than 10 minutes fro the next train). This was our first trip to Sweden, and we would happily come back to Stockholm. I would have no hestitation in staying in this apartment again.

Praktisk og romslig leilighet. Rent og pent. Gode senger, og fint bad med god dusj. Fint utgangspunkt for Stocholmsbesøk. Koselig sentrum i gangavstand. Noe trafikkstøy. Grei inn- og utsjekking.

Otroligt trevligt och smidigt boende

Vi var i Åre för att cykla med familjen. Boendet var mysigt med närhet till Åre torg och VM6:an. Kimmos kommunikation inför in och utcheckning var enkel, tydlig och jag fick svar snabbt på mina frågor. Det enda jag saknade var möjlighet att tvätta cyklar i anslutning till boende samt cykelförvaring. Detta gick dock att lösa smidigt då cykeltvättar fanns på torget och i anslutning till liftarna. Förvaringen gick att lösa genom att förvara cyklarna på lägenhetens uteplats. Vi skulle gärna bo i lägenheten igen!

We enjoyed our stay at Elias’ place. It was peaceful, quiet and had everything we needed for a short stay. The room was great value for money, and it was easy to get into central Stockholm (although it realistically takes about 35-40 mins to get to central when including the walk to the station). The only thing which could be improved is the sheets on the bed which were a little scratchy on the skin.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das Bad bräuchte vielleicht mal eine Renovierung, aber dafür ist die Aussicht mit Blick auf das Wasser wirklich schön.
