Elias has several places for hire. I stayed at 1004. It is a really quiet space, even in the weekends (although I guess that somewhat depends on who your neighbours happen to be). The bed is comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a smoothly running wi-fi and TV. The kitchen, albeit small, works fine for simple cooking. The bathroom is cramped, and the shower solution… well it works, but it’s awkward. Not recommended if you’re more obese than I am. If you’re into what relaxed Söder has to offer this is a great spot, with few other tourists and no obvious tourist traps.

We had a great stay - cozy apartment with an excellent location near the centrum and lifts. Good for a large family or group of friends. Stunning view of the lake and mountains from the kitchen/living room and two of the bedrooms. Sauna heated up fast and was perfect for post-MTB days. Two clothes dryers were very convenient on the rainy days. Looking forward to our next visit!

Clean and nice apartment, easy to check-in.Elias is a great host. He provided clear check-in instructions and was quick to respond as well. Not much to do in the environment, but the location is pretty close to town and there is a bus stop 3 mins away.

The studio was really nice and cosy. It was clean and we had everything wee needed. Check in and Check out process was super easy. Elias was a super nice host and we will gladly come back.

Great location - lots of things to do right at your door step. Easy check in and beautiful apartment in a historic building. A little noisy at night and early in the morning…. But the location far out-ways the noise. Great kitchen and small touches that t make it easy to live in. Steam room was not working unfortunately - this was something I was looking forward to.

Very nice staying in the apartment, felt like staying in a hotel. Easy to get to the downtown area by bus, bike, scooter or on foot. Would stay there again :)

The apartment is comfortable and has all you need for a short and medium length stay. It is clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet area. Indeed, it's located in an area surrounded by construction sites, and at first glance it's seem very remote, but actually, it's close to the city centre. Good value property.

Fredrik’s flat was beautiful and very large! Ostermalm is a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants surrounding the flat. We will definitely stay here again.

Bra standard på lägenheten. Bra utsikt från fjärde våningen. Stort komplex med många lägenheter.

Bizim için en önemli kriterlerden biri temizlikti ve ev çok temizdi. Mutfağının olması da bir artı. Ev merkeze 3.2 km uzaklığında, 3 dk mesafede otobüs ve metro mevcut. Fiyat performans güzel bir yerdi teşekkürler.

I highly recommend to stay at Elias’s place especially if you have kids, there is literally a playground when you come out of the house, and the Jubilee Park, you can’t ask for a better location. The place was clean and welcoming. Elias was very responsive and very proactive when I needed help :) Do not hesitate! We can’t wait to come back again.

Fin leilighet som var lett tilgjengelig. Enkelt med t-bane inn til byen som gikk svært ofte. Tydelig vert med gode instruksjoner.

Fantastisk leilighet. Vi var familie på 5. God plass, sentralt og rolig.

It is very nice and cosy apartment with sea view. The apartment is very new and clean, very easy to reach, close to bus station. Everything is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at Olof's apartment. and it is highly recommended.

Our stay in Olof’s place in Ostermalm was absolutely lovely. For anyone who’s looking to stay in a peaceful, quiet part of town that’s still just a bus ride from all the best activities and restaurants, this is an ideal location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Olof was responsive to any messages we had. I would absolutely consider coming back here if I ever make my way back to Stockholm again.
