Good place if your goal is to hit the slopes and the Bergbana funicular takes you from the town center right next to the hotel.

Olof was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to walk and explore Stockholm.

Overall, very satisfiedPositive: Spacious rooms with a good location at a very reasonable priceNegative: A lot of information regarding the rules was sent by email long after the payment.

Don’t expect that Pontus is a cheerful skiing guy you get in touch with. This is because you rent from Guestit, which has a large number of beds available for rent in Åre. They often send automatic messages, but you can also communicate with them directly. In Swedish, it usually comes off as an AI-generated jumble of words, as if a robot were writing to you.But it works fine to be a guest with “Pontus”. Everything was as described in the Airbnb listing. Clean, stylish, and practical. We received extra service when there was only one wine glass—more were quickly delivered.Thank you, “Pontus”!

We were very warmly received by Pontus. We absolutely recommend him. He responds quickly to messages. Thank you for letting us borrow the apartment.

Me and my partner were happy with the accommodation! The apartment had all the necessities for a week's stay and a fantastic view over the village.

The house is close to the city center, with a convenient bus stop. The host recommended taking an Uber to reach the center or the station. The house is clean and tidy – definitely recommended for a city vacation.
