Lovely location, great place for 2!

Väldigt prisvärd lägenhet med superfin utsikt, helt underbart med balkongen. Nedanför lägenheten forsar det vatten som låter ganska mycket, men man vänjer sig snabb och det vita bruset är väldigt rogivande. TVn är helt ok, smart-tv med netflix där man själv kan logga in. Wifi hastighetern låg för mig runt 20/20mbit/s. Lägenheten ligger nära till både backe och by. Ska man tillbaka från byn till fots så tar det en stund att gå i den branta backen upp. Pontus svarar snabbt, är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Skulle absolut återkomma!

The apartment was very clean. Olof was a responsible owner. He provided us clear instructions for check-in. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment.

Great place in central Södermalm location! Smart and efficient layout and stylish clean flat. Great, efficient host. House rules are almost comically efficient, but that is what Sweden can be like. At night it is noisy outside, because it is so central and apartment is on first floor. So for a lively vacation in the thick of it great, for a peaceful stay better find an apartment less central. All in all great stay.

Very clean, convenient and quiet place with affordable (only 2 SEK / hour during night hours) nearby parking option.

I accidentally came to this quiet convenient apartment after I had had some bad luck with my accommodation. Fortunately Elias' place was a good replacement. It's very clean, modern, offers a lot of storage room and fast WiFi. I also enjoyed the big bathroom and the comfortable double bed. Furthermore it's not far from the metro, several shops and the beach at lake Mälaren.In summer, however, the apartment gets very hot and there's just a poor variety of cooking equipment. All in all I had a pleasant stay, though.

Olof place was exactly like it’s pictured. It’s a bit far out but once you figure out the Trams/Metro it’s not bad. I would recommend staying at Olof’s place.

Check in was easy and Elias gave all the information needed and was very friendly. The appartement was nice and cosy.

Most importantly, it was very clean and comfortable. It's brand new, so everything is very nice. I would highly recommend with the following notes: Unfortunately, the location was not very convenient. The facility where the apartment is located is still under construction, and it is not that easy to get to. Hopefully, that will change as the facility is finished. Finding the key was also pretty difficult because every building looked the same, and the location was hidden inside the facility.
