Prime location in the very nice area of stockholm! The apartment was exactly as described. Clear instructions and easy to check-in and out.

superbra boende! Smidigt med bra instruktioner och tydliga förhållningsregler. Mycket bra standard på rummet och rent. Ej störande grannar men området genomgår utveckling så vissa byggnadsljud på dagen. Var också rätt bökigt att ta sig dit med resväskor om man åker kollektivt mwn det beror snarare på Göteborg stad än värden. Rekommenderar att använda sig av bil eller Uber för att ta sig dit om du har mycket packning.I stort dock ett superbra boende med en superproffsig värs till ett mycket bra pris!

Fin, liten leilighet som hadde alt man trengte. Litt kjip beliggenhet, men kun 20 minutter gange inn til bykjernen.

Elias war super in der Kommunikation und Check-In wie Check-Out waren super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber hat eine super tolle Lage und ist Ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Umgebung ist super schön und lebendig und man ist mittendrin (trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, weil in einer Stichstraße). Sie liegt perfekt zwischen zwei Ubahnstationen und man kann sich auch super zu Fuß auf Erkundungstour begeben. Mir hat es rundum gut gefallen. Die Dusche (typisch für viele Wohnungen in Stockholm) ist etwas anders als man es vielleicht kennt, aber Elias hat dafür sogar ein kleines Anleitungsvideo gemacht :) Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Elias's place is great, very nice,quiet neighbourhood . with lovely places to relax by the water , playground for kids and even pools on the sea :) I'm happy we chose this apartment for our holidays in the city , to the center just 12 minutes by bike and Styr Stall bike station just by the house :) Elias is very responsive! THANKS

Elias studio is a good solution for enjoying Stockholm visit. very close to city center served by underground and in a quiet area, quiet but non banal, worth discovering.Elias Was perfect host, giving good info and reacting to out needs.As in the descrizion, consider that bathroom is actually rather small.Overall we week happy worh it!

Elias is a pro - his messages were clear and he laid out what was expected and what things would looks like while there.The apartment itself had everything we needed - as he mentioned there are not blinds on the windows, so in the summer months it will be bright, but we still slept fine. Additionally, it is the top floor of the building, so if the weather is warm, the apartment is warm. The windows don't really open, and there's no AC, but there is a fan. The apartment was warm, but manageable.Wifi is fast and works well - I think I clocked it at 90mb/s. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with paid parking all around - and there's an awesome little park right next to it with a cafe.

Gute Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht für einen kürzeren und/oder längeren Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had a very nice stay at Andreas apartment. There was a beautiful view. The area was calm. An apartment was comfortable, however, the table was broken (wasn’t stable while cutting some food). We were travelling with a 2-year-old kid so it would be nice to have a child bed available. Furthermore, the apartment was hardly accessible with a stroller due to several stairs in front of the building. If we have a chance to visit Stockholm again, we would love to stay at Andreas apartment again!

Es war alles so, wie Elias es beschrieben hat. Das Wohngebiet liegt sehr schön im ehem. Freihafen und gerade ist eine kostenlos benutzbare Badeinsel eröffnet worden. Wenn das Gebiet fertig entwickelt ist, ist es sicher perfekt. Auch die Wohnung und die Schlüsselbox waren mit Elias Photos nach einer 5 minütigen Orientierung gut zu finden. Da wir gerne kochen, fehlten uns z.B. Schüsseln, eine Reibe und Weingläser (es gab nur 1 Weinglas). Auch „Grundnahrungssachen“ wie Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker), die wir in dieser Preiskategorie bei anderen Unterkünften gewohnt waren, gestellt zu bekommen, gab es nicht. Wir hatten sehr schöne 6 Tage in Göteborg und die Lage und Art der Wohnung haben dazu beigetragen.

Absolute Empfehlung. Diejenigen können sich glücklich schätzen, wenn sie die Chance haben dieses charmante Juwel zu mieten.Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, in einer tollen Lage und bietet viel Platz.Sie übertrifft die Fotos. Es gibt zwei große Zimmer, in denen Platz für bis zu 5 Personen ist. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind genutzt.Der Check-In und die Kommunikation waren top und vollkommen unkompliziert.Wenige Minuten zu Fuss finden sich schöne Restaurant und eine herrliche Sommeratmosphäre. Gerade in den Abendstunden treffen sich viel Stockholmer in den kleinen Restaurants.Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.Vom Flughafen kommend hält der Expressbus ca. 8-10 Gehminuten entfernt im Stadtviertel. Hier befindet sich auch die U-Bahn. Das Zentrum erreicht man aber auch bequem zu Fuss (ca. 15-20 min).Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank

The location serves as an excellent "home base" for a touristic holiday as it's conveniently located two blocks from a subway (which is only 3 stops from the central station), and it has an abundance of restaurant and shopping options that are handy for supplying the apartment with everything you need. Highly recommend.
