非常好的公寓，设备齐全

The location is really nice and developing (so, will get even better). Great deal. The apartment was clean and very easy to access. The ceiling in over the sleeping area is a bit low and the third bed (sofa bed) not overly comfortable. The host was very responsive to all requests and supportive before and during our stay!

Good place to stay in central Stockholm, no problems!

Dans le cadre d'un voyage solo sur stockholm, j'ai eu l'occasion d'arriver dans cet appartement tout équipé. La description et les photos sont semblables à l'appartement, j'ai pu naviguer de droite à gauche sur Stockholm grâce à la proximité de celui-ci à l'arrêt de bus qui est pratiquement collée à un supermarché qui vous permettra d'acheter tous le nécessaire pour votre séjour.J'ai pu profiter de l'ensemble de l'électroménager et de l'espace complet.Si vous comptez venir à Stockholm, vous pouvez réserver cette appartement sans problème !

Ottimo posto, vicino al metro, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma vicina alla zona ‘movida’. Unica pecca il bagno veramente piccolissimo. Il Wi-Fi è troppo debole e prende solo vicino alla porta e quindi è praticamente inutilizzabile, basterebbe un repeater sistemato vicino alla porta d’ingresso.

The apartment was clean and exactly as described.

The flat was amongst the new contruction of apartments. All furniture and materials were brand new therefore the place was spotless clean. The location was good, walkable to city centre. Nevertheless on our 2 day stay we woke up at 6am with a contsruction noise on one morning and at the same at 8am next day.

From Check in to check out I cant say anything negative. It was a great experience, free parking and keyless entry. This is an amazing apartment, well equipped and very clean. I stayed 2 weeks and had everything i needed. Even though I did not get to see Olof, I did not need to because everything had been professionally handled. Olaf responded immediately to any text and I have no complaints. Great place, great experience in Stockholm. I will definitely recommend to all my friends

The flat is beautifully furnished and the size is perfect for two people. The area is also great with a few good and trendy restaurants/bars at a walking distance. In terms of communication, everything went well, all instructions were clear and provided timely. I recommend this place.

Fint läge och ställe, enda negativa var att bastun inte fungerade och att apple-tv inte fanns som utlovat. Underbart med jacuzzin och utsikten…

房间很温馨，适合出差租住，有洗衣机能做饭，很方便解决生活问题，离超市不算很远。就是有一个小建议，可能对于出差的人，想要一个更好的入睡环境，建议窗帘能更遮光或者把走廊的灯亮度在晚上可以调暗一点，这样更能入睡

Well decorated and spacious apartment. The balcony is excellent. Perfect when the sun was out. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Perfect for a city break in Stockholm!

A house with garden on Stora Essingen, just 25 minutes on bus from Stockholm Central! Fredrik's house is fairly big, clean and airy! We had a great weekend there. I am surely booking Fredrik's house for all of my future Stockholm tips.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen kurzen Städtetrip zu zweit! Ruhige Lage, aber in einem belebten Viertel. Die Kommunikation mit Elias lief auch super.

All in all a nice little apartment for little money. You know that the sheets and towels are fresh as you will put them on by yourself.Overall very clean nice and basic.Would stay there again

Our stay at the loft apartment was overall very nice, except we did have trouble with the climate control. We never imagined to have to use the AC in Gothenburg, and the weather during our stay would never have warranted it under most circumstances, but we guess that due to the sun exposure, nordic building style to retain heat and the siting of our room at the fourth floor, the unit would get rather hot--too warm to comfortably sleep and we are from Florida and sleep at 25C! We could never get the AC units to cool at all, in fact, even set to their lowest setting, were only circulating the air. The windows could only be tilted open (not full swing), so in an effort to cool the place down from 28C down to the low 20s, we propped the door open each evening as late as possible, however, three or four hours later my wife and I would wake up sweating. Guests would be a lot happier if they simply had salt, pepper and some olive oil for cooking.
