The apartment was precisely clean. Location was good too, bus and railway stations were close to the apartment. Everything went smoothly.

Trevlig vistelse i Pontus lägenhet. Bra och tydlig information om allt ifrån incheckning, husregler, mm.Smidigt med städning som ingick och lägenheten i ett bra skick. Vi upplevde den som mindre i verkligheten än på bilderna, men funkar fint för 2-3personer.Kanonbra läge på vån 4 i höjd med nära access till/från liften. Skidförrådet nära lägenheten.

Logement pratique : tres central, facile d’accès et rangé. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Hôte réactif et disponible - Tres clair sur les instructions.Seul petit bémol, les toilettes et la salle de douche sont une seule et meme petite piece, l’ensemble des elements sont combinés.

Det är verkligen ett byggplatsområde och husen runtomkring håller på att byggas upp. Det är stökigt i området, i trapphuset har de inte hunnit sätta upp ledstänger mm. Byggarbetare och lyftkranar. Värden har många likadana lägenheter de hyr ut här och det är inte värdens ordinarie hem. Vi hittade inte hissen första dagen utan kånkade upp våra väskor fem våningar - men det finns alltså hiss! Husen är bara tänkta att stå där i 15år. Kommer säkert bli fint i området när allt är klart.Loftet var nytt och möblerna likaså, handdukarna var så nya att dom luddade av sig på kroppen. Skön säng. Bäddmadrassen hård. Värden svarade snabbt. Vi fick bara en nyckelbricka att dela på trots att vi var tre personer. Allt som allt ett väldigt prisvärt boende! Bussar går ofta i närheten.

Fredrik’s apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the Tunnelbana station that gets you right into the city centre and the Old Town. The check-in and checkout were smooth and communication with the host was always great. Definitely recommend!

This is a great rental. Excellent location (the metro is so close but it's incredibly easy to walk everywhere). I loved how easy it was to get to other districts of the city, as well as the restaurants that were right around the corner from the Airbnb. Clean and furnished/equipped with the necessities. Elias was wonderful to communicate with and always responded quickly. Check-in was seamless, the directions were clear to understand and navigate. The space is tiny and minimalistic, the perfect resting spot after spending the day exploring Stockholm. The building and street were quiet throughout my stay. My only recommendation would be an upgrade in pillows for the rental. I was traveling by myself for the week and highly recommend this location/host!

Great week in Stockholm. The location is perfect if you are looking to be in the the upscale part of the city center. Neat and clean. Stayed with two kids, the on the sofa bed, worked well. Nice kitchen and combined living area. Communication with the host was straightforward. / Michael from Switzerland 🇨🇭

Loved the neighborhood and very much loved the place. Easy access to all you need in Stockholm. Highly recommend!

Fräscht boende.

Boendet var jättemysigt. Vi skulle varit 4 st som skulle sova där men sluta med att vi bara var 2st så vi använde aldrig bäddsoffan så vet inte hur den var. Sägen var jätteskön och man fick en ”hotell upplevelse” av att bo där. Lägenheten i sin helhet var jättefin, städad och kändes lyxig. De enda som va lite komplicerat var hur man checka in men de löste sig bra ändå. Rekommenderar starkt denna lägenhet.
