トラムやバスの駅から少し離れており、辿り着くまでに歩道橋を超えなければならなかったため、キャリーケースを持って移動するのが大変でした。部屋はとても綺麗でした。新築のマンションの一部屋といった感じです。周辺地域は開発中で、建築中のマンションが沢山ありましたが、騒音などは殆どありませんでした。立地は浮島なのか、部屋が揺れることが度々ありました。揺れが苦手な人は要注意です。担当者の方のチャット対応は非常に丁寧でした。総じて大変満足しています。ありがとうございました。

We spent a week in the apartment and were very happy with our stay. The flat is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in the vibrant Södermalm. So many places to explore are in walking distance, including many cafés, bars, shops, as well as subway and bus stops and the ferry from Slussen. We couldn‘t have picked a more ideal place to explore the city from. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is very small, but still bigger than most other apartments in the area, as it has a proper shower (which is not the case in most flats in the old buildings in Stockholm). The only issue we had was that the curtain rod was broken when we arrived. So we couldn‘t close the curtain the first two nights, meaning we had no privacy and couldn’t sleep very well. However, Elias replied quickly to our message and sent someone over to fix it, so the problem was solved the third night of our stay. All in all we highly recommend this accommodation.

Many possibilities to go there even by public transport.It is near a road with a lot of cars but when the windows are closed it is still and quiet.it is a confortable little appartement with everything you need for your stay.Recommended.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Apartment was very clean and it had all the items needed to stay comfortably. It’s a perfect studio for 2 persons.

The apartment was as the photos, Olof was really friendly and gave us all the instructions for the check in and check out, also the instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport were super helpful, 100% recommended 😊

Elias was an amazing host that was super reactive and did anything to find solutions for his visitors. The appartement’s location is perfect to explore the city and has all one needs.

Perfect for two or three people!It’s a very clean and well furnished appartment in a totally new building.Fresh towels and bedlines are included.There’s one bed and a extendable couch.The system is very easy so it’s no problem to undo it in the morning.There‘s a metro station nearby,a walk to the central station/ city center takes about half an hour.Check-in was very easy.The host responds very quickly and friedndly.

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Stockholm zu erkunden

Bra boendet med nära till backen. Kanske lite långt till byn med en brant uppförsbacke. Men fint rum som passade bra för två. Överlag, väldigt nöjda.

Diese Unterkunft bietet genau das was im Inserat steht. Alles war sauber und die Lage war Ruhig aber Zentral. Ca. 5 Gehminuten bis zur Bahn und zum Supermarkt. Das Check-In und Check-Out ist reibungslos verlaufen. Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft und sind mit den Räumlichkeiten gut zurecht gekommen. Auf der Schlafcouch haben wir zu zweit geschlafen, da ist eine Seite relativ hart und die andere ziemlich weich. Das war aber für die wenigen Tage kein großes Problem, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich schon.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med närhet till mataffär och Lidningöcentrum. Den låg väldigt nära en busshållplats och det var lätt att ta sig dit med tunnelbanan och buss. Vi träffade inte Andreas personligen, men vi fick väldigt bra information angående in- och utcheckning och hur man kunde ta sig med kollektivtrafiken. Vi reste med två barn ( 1 resp 3 år) och vi är nöjda med boendet!

A very well located tiny apartment in a vibrant area in Stockholm. Great for solo travelers and couples.

Logement très propre et confortable.Bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire et accessoires (sel, poivre, sucre, lessive, savon). Nous n'avons manqué de rien.Entrée du métro à 100 m.Commerces alimentaires à proximité + quelques restaurantsTrès bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants.Aire de jeux au pied de l'immeuble.

L'appartement était très fonctionnel même si la cuisine et la salle de bain étaient petits. Petit bémol sur le manque d'équipements de cuisine et pas de four micro-onde. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Stockholm, proche des commerces, restaurants, métro.Je recommande cet appartement pour des séjours de courte durée.

Logement en hyper-centre (quartier Gamla Stan), proche du métro et du bateau pour aller sur l'île de Djurgarden. Fonctionnel, bien aménagé. Dans une petite rue donc très peu de luminosité. Tout est aussi faisable à pied.Séjour très dépaysant, belle découverte de Stockholm.
