I work for a non profit that had me traveling around greater Stockholm. Olaf's place is clean, convenient and close to all my locations. Instructions were thorough and clear (video guides are very helpful.) Black out curtains let me put my eye covering away for my summer stay. Finally, parking was a plus... including an EV Charge station. I would definitely stay there again on my next business venture to Stockholm

The appartment is charming and corresponds to the description. We have enjoyed our stay in the heart of Södermalm.

The apartment was very new and clean, and looks exactly like in the pictures. Had everything we needed to make us comfortable, the utensils in the kitchen were great as we stayed for a week and cooked a few times in the apartment.The location is great, very quiet, near the water but also only 5 minutes away from the city center on the tram and the tram stop is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment.I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay again.

The house is very beautiful and clean. The self check-in was very convenient.

We had a great time, the place was clean and exactly as described (maybe one minor exception was the not always functioning super tiny elevator, think of heavy luggage and elderly parents), but I would definitely recommended the apartment. Also Elias is a kind, flexible, and communicative host, we were happy with the decision to stay at his place.

Lovely apartment with high ceilings in a nice residential area with good supermarkets relatively close by. We enjoyed being able to walk by foot to most of the tourist sites/museums. Very responsive host.

Fick tydliga beskrivningar om in och utcheckningen. Lugnt och fint område. Lägenheten hade allt man behövde. Ända som vi hade önskat var tidigare incheckning och senare utcheckningen (men det förstår jag att de behöver ha för att fixa allt inför nästa gäster).

Very nice, modern appartment in a new neighbourhood. Still some construction going on, but never had any issues with it. Easy to reach with public transport and the airplane bus. Spacious bathroom with an excellent shower; also a washing machine that's useful for longer stays. Kitchen has most things you'd need for some basic cooking, including a small dishwasher. Comes with a small balcony with some lounge chairs.Place is as advertised. Only had a small issue finding the right place to unlock the front door of the building (you have to hold the fob in front of the keypad, there's a very subtle outline of the fob key to indicate this). Communication from host was professional and clear except for this small issue.

Perfecte locatie, schoon en prima appartement. Kleine badkamer/douche maar zeker prima. Goed contact met Elias, alles duidelijk.

Great location and very central apartment. A small 1 room apartment. But is soo close to restaurants and subway. Had a great stay here.

J'ai passé 16 jours dans ce logement suite à un problème dans mon logement initial. Situé dans mon quartier préféré de la ville, le logement proposé par Elias présente un emplacement idéal pour votre séjour à Stockholm. La literie est très confortable, l'arrivée et le départ très flexible. L'hôte est d'un professionnalisme remarquable et je vous en remercie pour cela. Le seul point à soulever est que y habiter pendant une longue période peut s'avérer inconvénient du à une petite cuisine et une toute petite douche. Mais le logement n'est surement pas prévu à cet effet, c'est pourquoi je recommande chaleureusement le logement d'Elias !

Accomodation as described and convenient with a kitchen area :) Maybe not the place to hang around in, but a great place to stay at while exploring the city. A little ”bunker feeling” with the bare concrete floor and ceiling but a big window with lots of daylight! Good communication with the host.
