Had a great stay at Andrea's flat! It is a block away from several excellent restaurants and pubs. There are three grocery stores within two blocks and it is a 2 minute walk to the metro station. The building and flat are both nice. You have some creaky floors that you get with older buildings, and a "ledge" that separates the bathroom from the hallway. I almost broke a toe on that thing. I hope they can address that going forward. Andreas is extremely helpful and responsive. All told, I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood in northern suburbs of Stockholm. Easy connection to bus and metro. Close to supermarket. Fast internet and excellent kitchen facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was very good, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom and kitchen were a bit old, but since everything was so clean it was quite acceptable.

Instructions and requirements were extensive but clear and helpful. As a retired couple, it required technical sophistication and some walking. It worked okay for us but may not for others.

Good location near the metro stop, plenty of nice cafes and bars close by. Apartment was cute and clean, bed was comfy. All the instructions for how to find and access the place were very clear. I had a very nice stay and would choose this place again.

Good value, great location and the key handover worked out smoothly. The location (close to the commuter train, plenty of parking around, good value).

The apartment is fantastic and faultless. It is clean, very quiet, modern, powerful shower, comfy beds and feels very safe, would happily stay again. The hosting could do with a little improvement. It was unusual to have to chase the host whilst at the airport to send us check in instructions and exact address (a couple of hours before check in). It would be helpful to recieve additional property information (or it be left in the apartment) such as what bedding and linen to use to make up the sofa bed and where to dispose rubbish & recycling bags/bins during the stay. That said, the host was always responsive to our queries. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place was perfect as a place a little outside from Kunstradgarden, but not too far away as it is always a walking distance from any bus or train station. You can even walk to the center without any problem! I gladly recommend Andreas spot!

Had a great stay here with our family of 4- A wonderful starting point for exploring fantastic Sodermalm and the rest of Stockholm! We walked or had easy access to public transport for everywhere we wanted to visit. Both the bed and the living room pull out are comfortable, kitchen is a great asset and well appointed, laundry machine very handy. If a one bedroom + living room pull out layout suits your group, this is a cozy, cool, comfortable option! Andreas was a helpful and responsive host- would definitely stay again.

very clean apartment, has everything for cooking and cleaning, the couch unfolds into a full 2 person bed. had extra blankets and pillows, wifi worked well. the location is just perfect, close to everything and the area is beautiful with the view of families having picnics. yes the construction started early at 8 and was loud, but it didn’t matter because the advantages outweigh this tiny minus

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Gamla Stan! It was clean, bright and welcoming. Grocery stores and public transportation within walking distance. William was easy to work with and very responsive.

We had to book the accommodation at very short notice because our first booking was double-booked (not through Airbnb). The apartment was very clean and spacious; a few utensils were missing and there is no TV. Stockholm is easily reached with a short walk via the local train station. All in all, very good!

Mein Aufenthalt in Olofs Apartment war wunderbar und erholsam. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch hergerichtet, mir gefielen besonders gut die Holzböden, die schlichte Einrichtung und der Ausblick in den begründeten Innenhof. Ausserdem tolle Lage, gut zu erreichen und sehr nette Nachbarschaft.
