The apartment was compact but clean and centrally located, making it very easy to get around with plenty to do in the area. The host provided clear instructions for everything, and I didn't run into any issues. Overall, I had a great stay and would book again!

This was a great little apartment when we first checked in (at the weekend). Lovely, leafy & quiet residential neighbourhood with great access to public transport, nice walks locally and a convenient supermarket across the road. The living room and bedroom were minimally, but tastefully presented. There was no tv, which didn’t really bother us and the kitchen & bathroom were quite basic. The building does seem somewhat unfinished and it felt a bit like walking through a building site at times. There were also few issues during our stay - if you are staying during the week expect to be woken up at 7am by local construction directly outside the building, also loud drilling directly above! Some days it was so bad we could not be in the apartment until after 4:30pm. There was also a fire alarm that went off whilst we were in the shower and we had to evacuate the building. This totally ruined our plans for my partner’s 40th birthday celebrations as we had to go out practically in our pjs!

Big, beautiful place with a great location

The stay was hassle-free. The apartment was exactly as described.

Great location in the center of Södermalm with a lot of restaurants and bars around! Elias is a very good host. A minor negative point was the very strict check-in (10 am) and check-out (4 pm) times. When you want to store your suitcases in the flat before 4 pm, minimum 500 SEK is being charged extra.

This small studio apartment is in a great, peaceful corner of Södermalm. We appreciated the small elevator in the building when we arrived and the views of the water. The area had good restaurant, cafe, and late night options after we would spend the day exploring the city.

Great apartment! Location was perfect- easy walk to market, parks, restaurants, and a metro stop. Apartment met all our needs. Bed is a full size- sufficient for a couple who likes to sleep close but a little too close for me and my adult daughter (who happily slept on the sofa). Well stocked kitchen, linens etc. Very quiet neighborhood. 5th floor with reliable elevator. Super easy communications with Andreas, who responded quickly to all messages. Would absolutely stay here again- thank you!

Stayed here for a second time , flat was newly renovated showing how much the owner cares about the flat ! Couldn’t have been a better location.

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, schön viel Sonne im Wohnzimmer, kein Schlüssel, den man verlieren kann durch Zahlencodes am Schloss, Treppenhaus und Wohnung sauber, leider war das zweite Bett nicht vollständig bezogen, deshalb kann ich leider nicht alle Sterne bei der Bewertung geben, was sehr schade ist. Ansonsten war aber alles prima: eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, die ich weiter empfehlen kann.

Very well connected in terms of transport, but a drawback is that you can hear trains and trams passing by. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might not be your ideal choice. Otherwise, everything is a 10.

Lovely small apartment for two in a quiet location overlooking a small green courtyard garden. The metro station and a supermarket are about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is well stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. We had a very pleasant stay!

I highly recommend this place. It was clean and the surroundings were very pleasant. There was also a large common lounge with a TV, but unfortunately no remote control was provided ☹️ otherwise everything was great 😽

The accommodation matched the descriptions, and when we had a Wi-Fi issue we received prompt assistance. Public transport is about a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended!
