Andreas’ place was fantastic, just like described and shown in the pictures. The location is fantastic to get around and even walk to the center. Andreas and his team always replied really quickly and were very informative. I appreciate their support and really loved staying in the apartment. The building is a little old but that’s also the charm of the area and you can see the apartment has been renovated and continues to be maintained well. The bathroom is a little small but just like in the photos and very functional - it was great for the two of us. The area is quiet and super green. I would highly recommend it!

The location of this place is excellent - right in the heart of a great area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place is in a very good location of the old town, and we enjoyed the old town neighborhood a lot. The place has a nice kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooktop, a sink, and a microwave oven, and we were able to cook some food for ourselves while there. One feature we appreciated most is the washing machine and drying racks and laundry detergent provided. After traveling for some time, we were finally able to do our laundry while there.However, there are some minor details that should be noted. The place is actually located on the 3rd floor, so it takes some efforts to move the baggage up and down. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no scrubbing brush or a dish towel or paper towel, which should have been provided. Other than these minor items, we generally had a great time and enjoyed the location and facilities in this place!

The location was amazing as you are right in the middle of everything. The only drawback was there was not much of a living room. Perhaps the upstairs room could have been reconfigured a bit better to not only have pull out sleeping spaces, but also be a comfortable couch sitting areas with a TV. It didn’t matter much though as we were out enjoying the city the whole time. In hindsight we wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Andreas was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our stay. It was very convenient to have an option to pay for late checkout. The neighborhood was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by and close to a subway stop. Beautiful view of Gamla Stan across the water just a few minutes walk away.

The location is excellent and the place is well equipped. It’s also very spacious—great for a family trip.A couple of things to note: the floors are a bit uneven, which is also noticeable when you look at the building from a distance, possibly due to uneven settlement of the foundation. Also, with two bathrooms there was only one bottle of shampoo provided—no shower gel or conditioner—and there were no basic seasonings in the kitchen, so you may want to bring your own if you plan to cook.That said, since it’s in the old town and very convenient for nearby sights, these points were not a major issue.
