Flat is professional and clean but sadly it has no feeling of being hosted. An automatic AI answering you and sadly there was a noisy construction site in front of the house. I got an answer quickly while pointing this out but sadly no refund. I Think it is better if you would clearly indicate that due to the construction site sleeping after 7am is not possible and the price would be placed accordingly. Otherwise beautiful location in central Stockholm.

Perfect stay, good host

The apartment itself was very nice. It offers spacious and generous areas, including a comfortable bedroom, a roomy living room, and two large balconies.We did have a few minor comments, for example, a broken coat rack in the hallway (which was already damaged upon arrival) that we felt should have been fixed immediately, and a broken cupboard door on the TV unit. The wine glasses were completely missing when we arrived, though they were provided after a few emails back and forth. The glass sauna door was not very clean.Communication with the host felt a bit impersonal and somewhat automated.Please note that if you’re here for skiing, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the ski lifts. The map was a bit misleading as the apartment is located a bit further from the center than it appears.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a great time in Åre!

The flat was very clean , has everything I needed, the bed was really comfortable and the check in and out went very smooth. Ilyas is responsive and he gave clear instructions. The location is perfectly near to everything.

The room was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area, close to supermarkets, right next to the public transportation station that takes you to downtown Stockholm in just a few minutes.The accommodation was well maintained, with good heating.It was a great experience.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It matches the pictures perfectly. There is plenty of space and it is well-equipped. The apartment is spread over two floors with two good bathrooms. There are two lovely outdoor areas. There is also convenient storage for equipment. We received quick responses to our questions. The only drawback was that the process felt somewhat impersonal due to the required form, including the need to photograph and submit an ID. This approach gave the impression that the host might expect dishonesty, potential damage, parties, or uninvited guests.

The accommodation was really spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. I hope to return someday; I truly recommend it. It was very clean and incredibly comfortable. The major advantage: its proximity to public transport (bus, metro...).

It’s a very nice apartment. To reach Stockholm City you just have to drive by the train for ten minutes. Andreas answered always very quick if we had a question.

There were 3 of us who stayed including the sofa bed and no issues of feeling cramped or squashed Efficient check in process with the codes to doors sent in good time Fast replies when asked questions Would probably stay again if I returned to Stockholm in future.Negative: The restrictions on guests of any form was a bit overkill I think. I appreciate the need to be respectful for the residents but that can be expected without enforcing this. A bit far from the centre but this was clear from the time of booking. Not a complaint just a note.

Pontus was very prompt in answering our questions. It felt reassuring to know that we always received quick responses. The accommodation was very clean and the beds were comfortable with fluffy duvets. The view was magnificent! The kitchen was functional, albeit with very basic equipment.

Hi,Kim was a very service-minded host—friendly and quick to provide feedback with everything we needed help with in the accommodation! The lodging was reasonably priced and had all the necessary amenities, making us, a family of two adults and two children, feel right at home. Additionally, the accommodation is located very close to a bus stop, from where you can easily reach all the ski slopes in Duved and Åre, and there is also excellent free parking for guests arriving by car. In conclusion, we highly recommend Kim as a host if you are looking for a pleasant, relaxing place to stay for your vacation in Duved! Kind regards Edina & Nedzad Solna

Great location for a city trip. The bus stop is really close, which is very convenient, and the metro is also within walking distance. The apartment is somewhat simply furnished, but everything you need for a stay is provided and matches the description in the advertisement. When we arrived, there was a bit of confusion about the bed linen, but that was excellently resolved later that evening. We truly had a top-notch stay!
