Nice and neat apartment just as described, wonderful location near parks and easy to find! Communication and instructions were really clear and positive! Only the check-out time at 10 was a tiny problem for me, otherwise five stars.

A great pace to stay if you like to be away from tourist crowds. Very peaceful neighborhood with great restaurants and easily walk to places or getting a share bike or scooter ride is amazing !! Apartment is very nice, very minimalistic and has too the line kitchenwares. The only hicupp we had was dryer stopped working and host was not able to get it fixed but they compensated with longer hours to check out. The only other thing is the construction outside was very loud and we couldn’t sleep Becuaee of the loud of noise, which I understand is not in your control but would be nice to get discount because of that .

We had a fantastic stay in Stockholm at Olof’s apartment—quiet and very well located in the city. Olof was also very responsive, especially when it came to the mobile app used for the apartment keys. In the end, the system I was a bit worried about at first turned out to be really convenient.

What a joy to stay right in the heart of Gamla Stan! We loved hearing the sounds of the city and being able to walk to so many of the city’s attractions. Using Parakey to unlock the doors was so fabulous, what a convenience! It is important to note that Google Maps sends you to the opposite side “front” of the building and not the rear. It took us only minutes to figure that out and we were easily able to find the right door. The stairs are such an adventure, which was clear from the listing. The view from the top loft was one of our favorite things. We watched the sunset over Gamla Stan more than once. We also cooked our own breakfasts and some dinners. The kitchen was mostly fully equipped and we bought spatula to donate :)

Everything was great!

A fantastic place, really well located and easy to access, close to public transport and lots of great restaurants. Great space for 4 people, loved the balcony and the big bathroom ! I think the pictures of not do the place justice - it is much more spacious.Our only challenge was with the communication (quite slow leading up to our check-in) and we found set-up of the Guestit quite tricky as we needed to add services while we were traveling and were unable to log in without receiving SMS to our home numbers (which weren’t in use abroad). However, other than that - amazing stay, would highly recommend it and would certainly return.

A small apartment full of history and charm, with historic windows that can’t be opened and that no one has quite dared to clean in modern times :-) There isn’t a dedicated place to sit and eat inside the apartment, but there are nice places to eat right outside.
