Great location and a beautiful old apartment. Unable to have an additional adult stay for one night without paying for them for the whole stay which was disappointing. Also had issues with the parakey app as it reset all of the keys and I couldn’t open the front door or the apartment door without reconnecting to wifi. A number of apartments in this building are air b&b and i encountered multiple people having issues with the app. Once it was up and running it was fine. The wifi was very patchy, only worked about 20% of the time, the host Fredrik did offer to send out a technician but we opted to use eSIM instead. The TV was outdated and didn’t support apps or have many channels so keep this in mind if you like to wind down in the evening with some TV!The place is beautiful, a good size for 2 adults and a toddler, comfy beds and great shower.

We had a pleasant stay in Andreas’s apartment. It’s well located in Stockholm, and the метро is within a 10–15 minute walk.Communication with Andreas was mostly through automated messages, but he did respond quickly when we asked where the washing machine was.A few things could be improved:- Before arriving, we were targeted by a WhatsApp phishing attempt. An automated message from Andreas warned us that this “might happen”. That didn’t feel very reassuring, and it wasn’t possible to remove our details from the Gestit site.- The photos didn’t match the apartment we were given.- The washing machine is shared for the whole building, and only one key is available for all of Andreas’s Airbnb guests. The key was missing, and after we explained the situation to Andreas, no solution was offered. We therefore had to spend 600 SEK at a laundromat to be able to continue our trip.

The perfect place from which to set out and enjoy Stockholm Staying in this apartment here made all the difference to our stay in Stockholm. It's not in the city centre, but easily reached from there by bus, or even better, ferry. Its quiet, un-touristy, and (almost) waterfront location faces out towards a Baltic Sea inlet, and our top floor studio, with its floor-to-ceiling window, afforded wonderful views of Stockholm itself, of a waterway busy with all forms of water traffic, and of sunsets. We'd definitely choose to come here again in any future visit to Stockholm. It's clean, modern, well-equipped and thoughtfully fitted out.

Great location, close to pretty much everything.

This is a good place to stay in a Stockholm.The apartment is designed in a modern style which is my favorite. The location is good, walkable and no far from the old town and ferry station. The only downside I saw was the side of the “bedroom”. It really is a very small room with only space for the bed and nothing more. No closet, no even one night stand, no place to put your suitcase even on the floor! It really should not be considered as a bedroom.

We were very happy that we found Olof's flat for our first visit to Stockholm. We could walk to everything we wanted to see, and everything we needed was nearby. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Overall, this accommodation offered excellent value for money when considering all aspects.First, the furniture in the room may differ from what is shown in the photos. But, the host informed me of this after I made the reservation, so I was already aware of it. The room was the perfect size for 2people and included a compact kitchen and bathroom. The check-in and check-out process was also extremely simple. All you need to do is download an app and register in advance. Unlike many other accommodations, there was no need to arrange a key pickup, which I really appreciated.Transportation was another major advantage. It was very convenient to travel to central Stockholm, as there is a bus stop, train station, and tram stop right in front of the property. There were also two supermarkets located next door, making it very easy to buy groceries. There was a small amount of dust and a few hairs on the bed, sofa, and kitchen appliances as well. However, these were relatively minor issue.
