Andreas’ place saved me at the last minute from another sudden cancellation. It’s located in a very quiet residential area of Stockholm, with the metro and a well-stocked supermarket just a five-minute walk away. There were four of us and we were very comfortable, but we always used Uber, which drops you right at the door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. We relaxed and enjoyed a lovely vacation!

Excellent location! For girls, though, it’s a bit inconvenient since there’s no proper mirror (only in the bathroom) and the bathroom itself isn’t very nice – there’s just a small bedside lamp and unfortunately the lighting is a bit poor. But overall, it was a great place to stay and nicely furnished. It’s very easy to get in touch with Freddy and you receive a quick response. We did have an unfortunate encounter with one of the residents who was a bit unfriendly. All in all, a fantastic accommodation! 😊

Great place, good neighborhood

The location and views from the apartment were great! walkable from the metro and close to the city. Do note that it's on a hill so one needs to walk up and down a hill to get to the metro and buses. The place is a little crammed for 4 adults, but it was okay since we were out most if the day. However, the rules were a bit too strict, and there was not much flexibility and personal touch as one would hope for in an Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable room in Sunderby Centrum. It’s perfect for group or family travel, with a cozy and well-designed space that made us feel right at home. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to public transportation, making it super easy to reach Stockholm city center. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

A very cosy apartment fit for a couple or single person to stay. It was a lovely area to walk down at the water or to the many restaurants. Unfortunately, when we arrived the flush for the toilet wasn’t working and had been turned off. But we were able to fix it ourselves and Elias was quick to respond to our messages and offer his help.

This place was in a great location to explore the trendier & less touristy parts of Stockholm, with close proximity to both sodermalm and SoFo. The only downside was the inability to store luggage before checkin, which will cost ~400SEK at the train station.

It was really clean, easy to get to and close to town, so I’d definitely recommend it!!

Had a small hiccup at check in with apartment numbers they responded in minutes and solved it! Other than that seamless stay. Very easy to find and in a great area. The downstairs bar was a nice touch as well.

Elias’s apartment was super nice—perfectly sized and equipped with everything you need for a couple of days. It was fun to watch life on the bridge and along the riverbank, while still enjoying peaceful nights. Getting into the apartment was easy, with only a minor hiccup over the lock instructions, but Mathias from Elias’s team was very helpful. Overall, I can warmly recommend this apartment for its location, comfort, and accessibility.
