The apartment was exactly as expected from the photos. It was pleasant and within a comfortable walking distance to central Åre. The beds were very comfortable. Since it was a business host booking, all communication went through customer service agents. We initially received incorrect parking information when double-checking, but this was later resolved. The photos were clear, although some of the written details were inaccurate. Upon arrival, the apartment hadn’t been heated to a normal room temperature yet; however, there were radiators to turn on and an air-source heat pump available (despite some prior information suggesting otherwise). The promised bed linens were missing from the flat, but after speaking with a customer service agent, we were able to collect them from another apartment.

Central and pleasant

With its convenient location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic sauna, this is a great value-for-money option in Stockholm.

Small but nice if you just need a place to sleep. Cooking was no problem since the kitchen was fully equipped.

As always, a magical location at Tott.

Centrally located and nice accommodation in the heart of Åre. We would consider booking again.

Just what we needed: a central spot in Södermalm for visiting family, perfect for sleeping only. The accommodation completely met my expectations: the entire building is being renovated, and the stairwell and elevator are currently a construction zone. This was communicated upfront, and the price was adjusted accordingly. The construction didn’t really bother us – not the nicest view, but the noise level was absolutely fine.

Everything was great and the apartment was fresh and lovely. We received the wrong code for the key box and arriving in the middle of the night was a bit inconvenient. But after about half an hour Kim replied with the correct code, so full credit to him for resolving it so quickly.

Flott beliggenhet. Kort kjøretur til Åre sentrum. Det går også buss til sentrum derfra som er det beste valget under Åre høstmarked. Sykkelparken i Bjørnen ligger ved sommerstid. Leiligheten er utrolig pen og ligger enkelt til i forhold til ankomst.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Åre och i lgh på Tott. Fantastisk utsikt med forsen och Skutan utanför. Har nog aldrig sätt en sån fin solnedgång.
