Luxurious and newly built apartment. Really clean.Haven't seen that good equipped apartment at Airbnb yet.

It was a wonderful stay. The studio is small, but cozy and clean, the view is magnificent! The building is up the hill, so be prepared for a walk up and down in Åre if you visit in summer. (In winter the location is just perfect for skiing). Totally recommend!

Very nice view with a good location to the slopes. Good overall condition with a few negative things I pointed out to the property manager. Probably easily remedied.

Great location, good restaurants, small but comfortable room and good value .10 minutes walk to Old Town.Easy access to everything.

My stay was fine, there's a few things that could be improved (like getting a standard pillow instead of the small lumpy ones I had, reinstalling a towel hook on the bathroom door so you can put your towel somewhere, etc.). Overall the checkin process was easy, and it's a great neighborhood to stay in. Would still recommend staying here but hopefully the host will address the few improvement items.

Apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor y limpio en un barrio tranquilo y en una situación para mi perfecta, cerca de una zona preciosa para ir a correr, de los museos y del centro. A 20 min andando de la estación. Elias facilitó las instrucciones sobre recogida de llave, localización y normas de la casa muy amablemente.

Nice little apartment with easy access to the bike park. A great place to stay. During my stay there was ongoing construction work. Nothing that bothered me, but it made finding your way through the building a bit confusing.

great value for money and great communication. location is easy and quiet with good cafes and restaurants.the balcony is such a treat in the summer!

It was very easy to check in and out. Olof was flexible when I needed to change my check out time. Everything was super clean and we even got fresh towels. :) It’s perfect if you don’t want to spend so much money and just need a place to sleep. I would recommend this place to friends. :)

Frederik's flat is very well located in a very nice and clean area.Everything you need is there: shops, restaurants, metro, bus.The flat is spacious and bright. The cleaning was very well done, which is important when you arrive.However, there is a lack of kitchen equipment if you want to cook (this is what we particularly missed: an unusable pan, an oven that didn't work, no placemats,...). It's a pity because it's the principle of Airbnb.On the other hand, the windows were unusable in both rooms. So, the rooms became either too hot or too noisy for the one with the window not closed.Frederik's advice regarding taxis was very good (Taxi Stockholm) as we had no problem ordering one despite the very early hour (2am).So, if changes are made to the flat I highly recommend it, if only for its location, the space.

Had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment itself is well equiped and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good. Nybroplan where a lot of busses and trams depart and boats to the archipel islands are just around the corner. A very good bakery is just a stonesthrow away. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice, clean and cosy apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids. The place is ideally located and very well connected.

We hat a good time at Lidingö. We received all informations and codes for the studio right in time. The studio is a perfekt place to stay close to Stockholm for a couple. Is is nessecary und functional Equipment. You can wash your clothes and cook small meals. The bed is a hidden part of the studio and very comfortable. At our time we had to close the door to the bathroom. Inside of the studio it is very silent. The walk to the next busstation takes about 7 min. Lidingö has very nice House, nice places at water an a little centrum wäre you can get all you need 15 min. away from Olofs Place at Lidingö Residenz.We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

The apartment is wonderful. There was everything we needed for a pleasent stay. We also liked the complicated check in. They neighbourhood is fantastic and you can reach everything by walking, public transprtation or scooter. Elias is always available for questions and answers immediatelly.

Appartement lumineux et au calme, très bien placé près du métro et du bus pour le centre ville. Équipements de la cuisine et literie parfaits.
