We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Wat boodschappen bij de coop gedaan en in het appartement ontbeten en af en toe in de avond gegeten. Met kinderen is dat heel fijn. De extra kamer is dan ook erg prettig. Een van onze kinderen werd ziek en heeft zich heerlijk thuis gevoeld tijdens het uitzieken. Huiselijk. Er is leuk speelgoed. Het bad is praktisch. Heerlijk rustig, gemakkelijk. En de omgeving is fantastisch. Het krijgen van de sleutels was een beetje gedoe, maar bij het uitchecken ontmoeten wij de eigenaar die liet weten dat er nu code sloten op de deuren van de appartementen zouden komen. We misten een kamer van één van de foto’s. Vandaar dat we dachten dat het appartement nog iets ruimer zou zijn. We komen graag nog eens terug!

En väldigt flexibel och vänlig värd med bra ordning, noga med vem som bor där och väldigt fräscht boende. Otroligt bra läge och smart inredning med bra ordning. Värden visade väldigt bra information, tydligt och enkelt att förstå. Hyr gärna igen!

Splendid accomodation on the top (attic) floor. Great views. Water pressure (shower) could be a bit better.

Really nice clean quiet cabin, very good value for Sweden.

Assez grand pour 4 personnes avec le charme d'une maison suédoise.Le propriétaire est gentil et très accueillant, Merci pour les cookies 🙂.Nous avons pu visiter Stockholm via le métro à 10 minutes à pieds.Pour le stationnement nous avons vu directement avec le propriétaire (au RDC) qui nous a indiqué un super emplacement.Au besoin, nous reviendrons.

This room (in the Tott building) was very good value for Sweden and had ski in access from a walkway. Was very cool to be able to go from the door almost to the top of the mountain and get fresh untouched snow to ski down to Björnen in the morning.

Really nice apartment for 3-4 people. Take the elevator up and cross a short bridge, and you are already at the ski lifts with easy access to both sides of Åre slopes! The kitchen was small, but good enough for breakfast and maybe for some light dinner. There was some construction work in the other end of the building (as of Feb 2023), but this didn't bother us, as this part of the building had been finished already. Walking to the village takes ~5 mins, so you have good access to all the shops and restaurants, too. Pontus sent us good instructions and was really responsive to all our messages. :-)

Wonderful space. I will rent again without a doubt.

Small but very fresh rooms. No bowls provided in the kitchen for soups or cereals. TV not installed properly, no antenna outlet, so it couldn’t be used at all which was disappointing. Great ski in/out. No tables or chairs to sit and eat by. Recommend to eat most meals out.

Great location near the slopes and the village. Nice room, clean and fresh. Comfy beds. Check-in world good. TV on the pictures did not work however and kitchen lacking some basic equipment such as fryingpan, deep plates and cheese slicer.

Excellent cozy apartment to stay. Great windows and comfortable bed.

Gick smidigt och lätt att checka in och ut och jag fick snabbt svar på mina frågor. Lägenheten stämde väl överens med beskrivningen och det var bekvämt att ta sig till och från backen. Praktiskt med det lilla pentryt som hade det mesta ang. husgeråd. Saknade dock osthyvel, kaffebryggare/kokare och durkslag men detta kunde lösas på annat sätt. Själva Tott-komplexet genomgår tydligen en renovering och gemensamma faciliteter som kiosk, bar, after-ski etc. hade gjort vistelsen ännu trevligare. Men detta var knappast värdens fel - där fanns ingen att klaga på.
