Really beautiful property, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Are and even closer to the slopes if you are there for skiing. The apartment was clean and as described, with great views over the town and a really comfy bed. I had a really great stay here an would recommend this stay. Only small problem I had was with the lock to the only door freezing shut (it was -20 and much colder than usual in Are) which did cause some problems. The hosts were helpful and called out a locksmith to make sure the problem was fixed for the remainder of my stay. Thankyou!!

Me and my 2 friends enjoyed the stay in Andrea's apartment very much. The apartment was very modern furnished as in the pictures, the check-in and communication worked flawlessly. We will be happy to come back again and again!

Olof was quick to communicate and provided very clear instructions on checking in.This location is great if you want to stay a little outside the city, but still have access to downtown in 30 minutes with public transit.

We had a very good stay, the appartment was clean and is located very closely to Gamla Stan. The bathroom was clean but also very small. We definitely recommend it

We had a nice stay in the apartment of Fredrik which is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There’s a grocery nearby the apartment and the apartment is just one Subway station away from Östermalmstorg, where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. As other guests already wrote: The kitchen and bathroom of the apartment are small, but the apartment is cosy, clean and has a good bed! The communication with Fredrik and the check-in went smooth. We surely can recommend a stay in Fredriks apartment.

It was such a cozy and comfortable stay! The location is great and super central so we could just walk to the most things!

Jag hade lite problem med wifi och att casta till tv'n med god kvalité. I övrigt ett mycket bra och trevligt boende! Nytt och fräscht!

It has been a pleasant stay. The check in went as smoothly as we had hoped for and the apartment is fantastic.If you have difficulty walking be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and that there is no elevator. Also, there is a rather steep staircase leading into the apartment that might be inconvenient for some people. Personally, it did not bother us at all as it contributes to the uniqueness of the apartment.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé.Je recommande vivement cette location car l'appartement est très agréable à vivre.Elias est très réactif pour répondreNous avons eu un peu froid dans l'appartement car un radiateur ne fonctionnait pas sur les 3 mais il faut dire que pendant notre séjour la température extérieure est descendue jusqu'à -15°C !!Encore merci pour l'accueil Elias

Ideally located studio! Super clean but keep in mind that the kitchen is tiny so not ideal if you're planning on cooking.

Olof's apartment is cute and stylish. Olof was particularly helpful and communication with him was very clear and easy, that's a very big plus.
