Vädligt bra läge och smidig kommunikation. Tyvärr var lägenheten inte helt städad när jag anlände men är troligtvis kopplat till att jag bokade kvällen innan.

Our second stay in this building in Åre. Great access to the lifts via a very cool ski bridge, and a clean and functional cozy apartment.Kimmo is great- very thorough and sends lots of polite reminders to help ensure check in/out goes smoothly.

Sauberes, kleines Zimmer direkt am Skilift. Erreichbar über einen kurzen, steilen Weg zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus.

Verkligen fin lägenhet med skidlift två våningar upp bara. Hem kommer du enkelt vis ”Tottbacken” eller en passage som finns vid ”Fjällbacks expressen”. Är du i byn på kvällen kan du enkelt ta bergbanan upp och hoppa av på mellersta stationen och sen gå fem min hem. För kvällsåkning i Duved ta bergbanan ner till byn och gå till stationen (5-ca gångväg). Köket är litet men funkar helt ok. Allt finns där utom äggkoppar kanske 🤔 Rummet/lgh har superfin utsikt och det var lugnt i huset. Rent och fräscht och sköna sängar. Pontus är snabb med att svara och incheckning med ”boxen” funkade bra. Glada att vi hittade denna lilla pärla.

Boendet var mycket bra och träffade förväntningarna väl. Bra lägenhet för sova och äta då om man ändå tänkt spendera dagarna i backen eller nere på byn mm. Det stod att brandlarmet var mycket känsligt så att tänka på köksfläkten är igång och toalettdörren är stängd efter man tagit en dusch är att föredra då utryckningskostnaden för brandkåren inte är billig...Boendet var överlag rent och trevlig med bra läge för gång ner till byn. Badrummet hade golvvärme vilket var mycket skönt!Wifi fungerade utan störningar och räckte gott o väl till för streaming.Vi är mycket nöjda med våran vistelse på 4 nätter för med ett sådant lokalt boende till ett överkomligt pris! Wij (6 pers.) hebben begin januari vijf dagen doorgebracht in het appartement van Elias.Het appartement is mooi gelegen en makkelijk te bereiken met het ov.Er zijn 3 volwaardige slaapkamers, waarvan 2 ruim opgezet met veel opbergruimte en 1 kleine direct achter de keuken met een houten vouwdeur. Deze vouwdeur was een groot punt van irritatie want die wilde met geen mogelijkheid goed dicht. De badkamer was klein maar functioneel, ook was er nog een tweede wc (waarvan de deur niet op slot kon). De keuken was goed uitgerust. Één supergroot minpunt: er was niets om koffie mee te zetten). De WiFi was niet bijster goed, dus een film streamen zat er niet in (en een tv was er niet).Elias zelf was vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken. De instructies voor de aankomst en het vertrek waren duidelijk (al vonden we zelf de plek van het sleutelkastje niet zo heel handig gekozen).Mede dankzij het prachtige winterweer hadden we een topweek in Norrmalm.

Väldigt bra boende nära backen, välutrustad fräsch lägenhet. Ett plus att sängkläder och handdukar ingick.

Perfekt lägenhet/hotellrum för 2 vuxna.Litet pentry för lättare matlagning och stor kyl.Nära skidbackar och Åres härliga restauranger.Här bor jag gärna igen.

The apartment was minimalistic but had everything we needed. It‘s clean and the location was perfect. The communication was easily. I would recommend staying here!

Very nicely equiped appartment with sauna, great view and location. We realy enjoyed!

Great place to stay! Near Åre city as well as the ski lift. The place was warm and welcoming, big plus for the jacuzzi.

I liked everything in the accommodation. For rest what you need. Too bad there is no freezer. A big minus is that for the entire time of our stay no one cleaned the house. We couldn't clean it ourselves, because there was no vacuum cleaner or brush in the apartment. If you do not look at these nuances, then housing is five stars. If I need to rent again, I will rent here.

Charming, very well kept apartment in a delightful neighbourhood! A real treat!

Overall the place was pretty close to perfect. Large and spacious, the apartment had plenty of room for 4 people to stay in, as were the kitchen and shower room. Utilities and basic amenities were well stocked. The apartment had an incredible view on both sides and relaxing on the balcony was a treat. Location wise it wasn’t bad either with a coop, train station and a couple of eateries nearby. There are previous complaints of the place being cold but we didn’t find that to be a problem, even during the middle of winter. There is in-fact but it can be slow in some areas of the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

Bright and spacious apartment that was very well cleaned and welcoming. Olof communicates only in English and was friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond.We had a few issues during check-in, but overall we are very satisfied with the accommodation and will certainly come back again.Recommended 😊
