Unikt boende, mycket välutrustat och på väldigt bra läge!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which lies in a vivid neighbourhood full of small shops, bars and cafés. It‘s easy to mingle with Swedish people and experience the city at it‘s best.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you feel like a cozy evening at home.

Vi har haft några magiska dagar i Åre! Lägenheten innehöll exakt det vi behövde och inte mer. Pontus är en smidig värd som alltid svarar snabbt. Lägenheten ligger perfekt om man vill ta sig ut till backarna och ner till Åre by kan man bara ta en liten Promenad. Vi är supernöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fantastisk beligenhet med ski In/out,får ikke bedre beliggenhet i åre hvis man skal kjøre ski.Leiligheten var ren og pen, veldig hyggelig og seriøs vert.Anbefaler stedet og verten på det varmeste!!Arve

Lovely pad close to the city centre, clean, wonderfuly decorated and the perfect base in stockholm!

Génial !L'appartement correspond à l'étage d'une jolie maison située dans un charmant quartier. L'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais convient malgré tout pour 4 adultes si vous n'avez pas peur de la proximité. Le propriétaire (qui vit dessous) est très gentil, il nous a même offert du pain frais ! Le métro reliant Stockholm se trouve à moins de 10min à pieds. Comptez ensuite 15-20min pour rejoindre le centre ville.

fijne ruimte op een goede locatie. veel leuke restaurants en barretjes in de buurt en dichtbij een metrostation. ook leuk dat het zo dichtbij gamla Stan is, waardoor je lopend binnen 15 minuten bij dit mooie centrum bent. keuken en badkamer zijn klein, maar dat kan je van te voren zien op de foto's. het douchen op de wc is onhandig, maar prima te doen. de deur van de badkamer kan niet dicht, wat ondanks het douchegordijn soms voor een natte hal kan zorgen omdat het water er onder door gaat. het complex is wel heel gehorig, je kan alles op de gang horen wat soms wel vervelend is.

very nice hut! has all the stuff you need. the very only downside is that it’s not åre directly but well you can’t change that 😅probably not the last time we stayed here 👌

As described, location is in close proximity to slopes and the apartment is a good size for a several day stay. Lovely view.

Stor välstädad lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter!

Tott har ett bra läge i backen, nära till allt. Gångbron över vägen till skidliften är super. Parkeringen kunde vara större och vara utrustad med motorvärmare samt laddplatser. Parkering för gäster borde ingå.

Väldigt trevligt lägenhet

Smidig ski-in/out. Fräsch lägenhet. Perfekt för ett par. Baggagerum finns ej, hade varit bra, brant backe till tågstationen. Mycket bra läge i Åre, nära Bergbanan o Åre torg

Comfortable apartment with the best views in town. Well equipped kitchen. Check in was quick and easy and instructions easy to follow, Kimmo was always easy to reach and responsive. This is a quiet location and perfect for getting to the slopes in less than 5 minutes as there is a connecting bridge in the floor 4. We enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely repeating next year!

Parfait pour un couple pour découvrir Stockholm : bien placé, transports en commun, restaurants, supermarchés à proximité, environnement calme. Je recommande !

This was a wonderful stay in a perfect location! You are right near Cafe PASCAL for awesome coffees and fika, Harvest Home and Meatballs for the people! Medborgarplatsen metro is right around the corner as are ICA, co-op and Lidl. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the dishes! but no coffee maker so just go out! The couch is surprisingly comfy and although the bedroom is more of a closet it is comfy. We stayed for one week. Make sure you bring a converter if you are coming from the USA for plugs. Also Stockholm is cash free so you must have credit cards. Love this place !!
