Realybėje butas atrodo kukliau. Kaip ir iš ankstesnių svečių atsiliepimų, taip ir dabar galiu teigti, jog reikalingas vonios čiaupo remontas. Taip pat trūksta vonios užuolaidos, virtuvėje nėra mikro bangų krosnelės. Tai dalykai kurie erzino, bet visumoje viešnagė praėjo sklandžiai.

Great location and all tourist attractions easily accessible by walking, train or ferry. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything you needed. The host gave clear directions. Just be aware that it is on the 3rd floor of a walk up, so heavy luggage could be an issue on the circular stairway.

Le séjour s'est globalement très bien passé. Un logement accueilant, confortable, propre et très bien situé à Stockholm. Nous avons toutefois eu des problèmes à l'arrivée, nous avions 4 codes d'accès à différentes portes, sur 5 . Manquait seulement la porte principale.Malgré un propriétaire qui mise un peu trop sur le bénéfice financier (annonce d'un détecteur de bruit après le paiement, demande de frais supplémentaires pour partir 1 heure plus tard du logement...), la communication était claire et rapide. Dommage, on perd le concept chaleureux initial de Airbnb.

Top Lage, allerdings ging die Heizung im Schlafzimmer nicht. Bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur ist das sehr schwierig. Das Badezimmer wäre auch Sanierungsbedürftig. Einige Sachen hätten zudem vorher angemerkt werden sollen. Ein Lautstärke-Messgerät hängt im Flur. Das wurde alles erst nach Bezahlung mitgeteilt und man fühlt sich etwas überwacht und misstraut.
