Die Lage ist Top, Check in etc. ebenfalls. Wohnung an sich auch, allerdings ist im Bad ein ekelerregender Geruch, der es einem teilweise nicht möglich macht dort auf Toilette zu gehen.

It was a lovely stay, I recommend to every guest

Unfortunately, it was only a short holiday for us, but everything was really perfect. The flat is ideal for two people, but also well suited for the four of us (family). Very clean and well equipped. The only thing that takes some getting used to for a non-Swede is the door locking system. Or I'm too old and need a real key... 😂 We would say Södermalm is a trendy district with all kinds of restaurants, great shops and supermarkets, bakeries and everything else you need "just around the corner". We walked to the old town in 20 minutes and to the shopping streets in the centre in another 15 minutes.

Was a lovely stay in a clean appartment close to most things. To hike in Åre is a lovley staycation.

The place is lovely, clean and well lit, oriented towards the lake and the sea with a beautiful, beautiful view. Situated in a building from, probably, the '60s, it has a charming bohemian atmosphere, with a rounded staircase and a noticeable elevator. Located in the proximity of the train station, it allows you to reach the center really fast, as well as other places around Stockholm. The kitchen is equipped with everything, clean and functional, although quite small.The whole studio is quite small, though, maybe a bit too small for a family with two older children (mine were 9 and 11 at the time). This, I guess, makes it not completely suitable for 4 adults; ideally, the guests would be no more than 3.Communication with Elias was spot on, I can't complain about anything here.Enjoy Stockholm!

Väldigt fin lägenhet med ett grymt läge, nära tunnelbanan och mycket i Södermalm. Väldigt rent och tydlig incheckning.

Mkt trevlig lägenhet, ren och större än vad iaf jag uppfattade från photon. Köket kunde vara lite bättre upprustat. Wifi vore inte heller fel. I helhet trivdes vi dock mkt bra och denna lägenhet kan varmt rekommenderas.

Nice room not far away from the city center

the perfect flat for a short stay at stockholm!- super infrastructure nearby (public transport, shops, city, etc)- fully equipped kitchen- contactfree checkin- very small shower space that works fine - especially for smaller people :D- all in all very good!thank you! :)

Appartement très lumineux, bien situé ( 1mn du bus pour aller à la gare centrale et 2mn du métro pour gare centrale).L'entrée dans les lieux se fait facilement et les réponses aux questions se font immédiatement.

Appartement conforme aux photos. Récent et propre, parfait pour 4 voyageurs.Très facile d’accès depuis le centre de Stockholm et même depuis l’aéroport. C’est très bien desservi. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Un bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande !

Elias was a lovely host - very quick and communicative. The apartment was clean and very cozy, good for a cute stay of a couple days. Check in and out were very smooth. The bathroom was exactly as pictured, definitely very small but worked for our stay! Bed was comfortable and nice, and the apartment was also located in a wonderful super cute neighborhood with lots of things to do and see! And we loved the bakeries nearby. Overall a very nice stay, thank you!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Gut gelegen neben einem großen Park, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und 20min ins Zentrum.

My friend and I spent a week in Stockholm, and we both enjoyed the apt. It felt like coming home after a day of exploring the city. All the comforts of home: comfortable couch and chair, nice TV, good wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, and full-sized bathroom, too. There are many places to eat and shop nearby, including Ruby's Grill right across the street. Being right across the street from the restaurant can make it a little loud later in the evening, but the noise from guests did not last too long into the night. Stairs to the 2nd floor can be challenging to handle with luggage, especially if you have bad knees. Overall, a great place to start and end your day!
