Great place to stay: cosy, luxe ,comfortable and clean.It takes some effort to get there when you are walking , like I did. But it's worth the effort.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Just two blocks from the tunnelbanna Gardet stop which is just three stops from central station and anywhere you would want to be in Stockholm. We know the area and this is what led us to this apartment. The area itself is very quiet for the most part and there is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk as well as two small convenience stores. A fantastic pizza place also just 5 minutes away. Communication with Fredrik is very quick and easy. He responded extremely quickly anytime I contacted him. Entry to the apartment was also very easy with the keys in a lockbox outside. It is clean and cute with tasteful decor. The apartment is very small but fine for up to 3 people for a short stay. However, we stayed for almost three weeks and it’s not a great apartment for such a long stay. The bedroom has just a single bed which we knew, and there is a sofa bed for two. They were both comfortable but we could have used some extra blankets as the nights did get cold. Pillows were also seriously lacking and we actually considered going and buying some ourselves. I ended up using a seat cushion after I couldn’t turn my neck one day because of the tiny, nearly flat pillow. Everything else provided was pretty bare bones for three people for three weeks. Three towels, three hand towels, four small glasses (there were also coffee mugs so we used those), just four of each eating utensil, one dish towel, etc… there are no baking sheets so we couldn’t make a simple frozen pizza in the oven. The fridge is extremely small (almost hotel room size) and the tiny freezer inside almost completely filled with frost so nearly completely unable to be used. We just ate dinner out every night.The washing machine does not also dry so note that you will have to air dry your clothing on the balcony. We had to wash towels immediately after showering in the morning which meant having to wait around an extra hour for them to wash so we could get them on the balcony to dry before heading out to enjoy the day each time we needed to do this. Otherwise we would have no towels the next day since we were only provided with one for each of us. The smart TV is basically useless if you are from the US and likely any country other than Sweden. Streaming services won’t allow you to stream outside of your own country. All we could watch was the Netflix accounts of the kind previous people who had previously stayed and did not sign out. So, thank you to Simone!Basically, the apartment is good for one or two people, maybe three for a few nights. It’s really not good for longer stays unless maybe for one person. The location is fantastic though so it may be a trade off.

L appartement est génialement bien placé et l équipement est parfait. il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Malgré son emplacement très central, l appartement est calme. Elias nous a donné des instructions précises pour le check in comme pour le check out et répondait très vite à nos questions. l appartement est lumineux et sous les toits. Aussi il est un peu chaud si le temps est clément. seul petit bémol la salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Pontus is a great host, everthing was perfect and like discripted. The communication was very good. I enjoy much the view out the window an the surrounding. Lovely „Trollvägen“

Great location, very clean, super communication and easy check in. The only issue I had was the shower - I am 6 ft 2 which made it very difficult to use (it’s very small). Other than that, a great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

The apartment is very cozy, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The place is actually bigger than it looks at the photos and large enough for 5 people. We did not meet the host in person but everything was perfectly arranged for our arrival. Thank you Olof - I hope there will be a chance to stay again in your beautiful absolutely white apartment =).

The location of this apartment is incredible. A very nice neighborhood, swimming waters in front of the house. Earlier reviews talked about the absence of curtains but they must have put them up recently, there were blinds in all the windows. The owner is very responsive and takes very good care of their apartment. Because of the very good windows, the apartment is very quiet, something we really enjoyed during the evening and night. The subway is close by, as are the supermarkets and everything is there to cook yourself a nice meal. The island the apartment is on is beautiful and it is wonderful to walk along the perimeters straight to the famous cityhal. We had a wonderful time, stayed for four night but could easily have stayed longer.

Great appartment with character on a central spot in the old city.Hungry? On the other side of the street already a great restaurant.Be aware of the stairs as there is no elevator. Good communication with the owner.

the location is good for guests who want to go out as there are many pubs around. For us it was a bit too noisy because we were with a little baby

Very stylish appartement in Södermalm/Stockholm. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, easy check-in and friendly communication with the host. There's a nice inner courtyard/terrace to sit down e.g. for dinner. Because it's very central in this part of the town it's a little louder on summer evenings outside.

Bra boende, promenad avstånd till centrum, 130 kr parkering per dygn.
