A really well-located, nicely furnished flat, in a beautiful old building! It's definitely on the small side, but fine for a quick trip. The bathroom was a little dirty in places and there seemed to be a pretty bad smell coming up from the sink drain. But check-in, check-out and general communication were all very smooth and there were some basics in the kitchen cupboards which were very useful!

Il est en rez-de-chaussée sur une ruelle étroite donc naturellement peu lumineux, mais très bien situé dans la ville historique à proximité des lieux touristiques et de bons restaurants. Elias' place is centrally located in Södermalm and the space is exactly as the picture is shown. Best for 1-2 travellers. Not far from Gamla Stan and all the other attractions are easy to get to as well.

Location is very nice and everything needed is provided. Bathroom is very small and check-in/out instructions are pretty strict. However, would definetly recommend for a weekend in Stockholm :-)

I very much appreciate Olofs quick response time and the pictures are giving a very good impression on how the studio looks. It took me usually 20 to 25 minutes to get to T-Centralen using public transportation.

We booked this apartment for a vacation and to meet up with our UK friends. We were a group of two mature couples from the UK and USA. We had a wonderful time spending a week with our friends touring around Stockholm and we were able to cook some very nice meals in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was as advertised.Pros:Great location near a metro station and nice grocery stores and restaurants, lively neighborhood but quiet apartment, very clean apartment, nice large living room good for two couples or a family. Access to the apartment was by a fun, tiny, old-fashioned elevator or stairs. The ParaKey app worked very well to access the main building door and the apartment door.Cons:1) an initial funky smell from the bathroom that lasted about four hours. I contacted Elias but didn't get a response about this. Luckily, the smell went away after the toilet was flushed a few times.2) each guest was provided one flat feather pillow (the kind that have no support). There were extra pillows in the apartment but when I asked Elias if we could get extra pillow cases for the extra pillows, I got a hard NO. 3) the second, smaller bedroom is small and only fits the bed (no closet, no chest of drawers, no bedside shelf). However, there is a big walk-in closet next to the bathroom that can be used by the people staying in the second bedroom. The closet has drawers and rods to hang clothes.

Very cosy and newly refurbished apartment within walking distance to the city centre. The communication with Elias was great and he was very helpful providing all the details.

Het is een ontzettend slim ingerichte studio waar ondanks beperkte ruimte toch een fijn groot bed hebt, prettige bank en prima keuken en badkamer. Echt prima locatie.

Leiligheten er stor og lys, 5.etasje m heis. god forklaring fra verten angående nøkkelboks etc. Alt var fint!

The apartment is nice, but only for 1 person.Sometimes I felt uncomfortable because of the neighbors ( didn’t feel that my space is private) and i could hear everything from them. My recommendation for owners:*to check how it’s clean inside the apartment before hosting someone *to give more correct info about the keys ( I was confused because of lot of bikes and 3 poles to find right key lock)But in general everything was fine, great location with many cafes, supermarkets and it’s closed to the subway :)

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The accommodation is well located for a city trip to discover Stockholm, bus stop in walking distance. The Apartment is well equipped, spacious and quite. I would totally recommend.

Andreas’s place was clean, bright & comfortable. Just nice for me & 2 kids for the 5 nights that we stayed! Andreas also left very clear instructions for arrival & departure.

I just can recommend Olof place, it was perfect ! And Olof was very kind to help me to get back my shirt that I forgot in his place, sincere thanks for this !

l'appartamento di Fredrik è situato nel cuore della vecchia Stoccolma, in un quartiere animato e ricco di storia. proprio sopra un comodissimo supermarket aperto fino a tardi, e circondato da bar (ottime colazioni prima di iniziare il tour della bella città!) e ristorantini molto caratteristici.è centrale rispetto ad ogni parte della città quindi ogni luogo è facilmente raggiungibile. vicino ad ogni mezzo di trasporto, fermate di metro e navi.è arredato in modo da non alterare la storicità dell'appartamento. bello cenare a lume di candela in questo ambiente storico, sembra quasi un museo.è ricco di storia, la stufa di un epoca lontana fa di queste stanze un luogo dove è facile immaginare una vecchia Stoccolma.il pavimento lasciato come una volta a travi di legno consumato rende l'appartamento caratteristico.gli affacci sulla piazza e scorcio mare lo rendono ancora più suggestivo.i letti sono comodi.la pulizia curata.dotato di ogni accessorio per cucina.non manca niente. facile parlare con questo host che ha reso il nostro arrivo facilenon lo abbiamo incontrato ma è stato preciso e puntuale nella descrizione per l'arrivo e l'accesso.risponde subito e in modo sempre cortese e risolutivo. alcune cose sono da migliorare all'interno dell'appartamento: doccia rotta, bagno al limite, sedie macchiate, tende esterne strappate, tende interne penzoloni, rubinetto cucina rotto, varie cianfrusaglie da togliere che lo rendono trascurato.sono sicura che Fredrik farà del suo appartamento un gioiello se solo sistemerà tutto.soggiorno comunque piacevole.
