The booking confirmation and check-in procedure were proactive, clear and easy to follow. Location for the purpose of our stay was convenient and the size of the apartment matched the description as the rest of the described amenities. The overall stay was satisfactory; however, the apartment was too cold for the season (October 15-21) since the heating didn’t work in all rooms. While we were advised to bring indoor shoes for the cold floors, we still needed to wear multiple layers and even light outdoor clothing indoors, yet it still felt uncomfortably cold.We did report the heating issue and a couple of maintenance suggestions to address for future visitors.

Extremely cozy apartment, the place was perfect for 3 of us, the neighborhood had everything that we needed and the location is perfect to escape the centre of Stockholm!

Smaller than expected but otherwise a very nice stay! Location and apartment can definitely be recommended for 4 people!

El apartamento es muy cómodo y bien ubicado, ya que tiene transporte publico que conecta rápido y fácil con el centro. Andreas responde muy rápido.

Fräsch och ljus lägenhet i ett tyst och lugnt område. Kommer man med bil är det lätt att hitta parkering i närheten av huset. Nära till pendeltåg, som kanske är det smidigaste sättet att ta sig in till city på. Andreas är tydlig i sin kommunikation och incheckningen gick enkelt. Ett bra och prisvärt boende!

het appartement is op een mooie rustige lokatie. we waren hier 5 dagen en dan is het centrum voor ons geen optie. dit was top.Bus stopt op 3 min afstand lopen en is regelmatig, openbaar vervoer is prima.Bedden zijn van prima kwaliteit, we hebben hier lekker geslapen.We hebben hier met 3 personen een paar mooie dagen gehad. Wir wollten ursprünglich eine Wohnung in Södermalm buchen, da dieser Stadtteil als besonders angesagt gilt. Ich bin sehr froh, mich dann doch für die Wohnung von Fredrik auf Östermalm entschieden zu haben. Ich kann mir keine bessere Lage vorstellen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und doch gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt, gleich um die Ecke: Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Anbindung ist perfekt, denn der Hauptbahnhof ist gerade einmal eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalts sehr genossen!
