+ A fantastic accommodation by Åresjön! A magical outdoor terrace in the spring sun, perfect for a swim and a pleasant sauna! The kitchen and bathroom are fresh and clean. -It was a bit unsettling to discover that our stay was monitored by a highly sensitive noise meter. This device issued warnings for high noise levels, and the subsequent response felt a bit discourteous and left us feeling unwelcome. I would have appreciated prior notice about the presence of the noise meter, rather than receiving an SMS instructing us to lower our volume under the threat of a 3000 SEK penalty, especially as we were enjoying a nice dinner at 8:30 PM. Besides this issue, the accommodation is fantastic and everything else was in order, though it is unfortunate that one cannot enjoy a meal without concerns over noise levels and receiving stern remarks on how to address it.

We stayed with my partner and my two-year-old daughter. The apartment is beautiful, with fantastic views and very clean. It's just 4 blocks from the subway (T-bane) and only a 15-minute ride to downtown. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

very central location with great restaurants nearby. apartment looks exactly same as in the photos. it is situated in the basement of the building. would recommend for short or long stays.

The location was very good and the place wasn’t bad, although in the end it is a very small storage room converted into an Airbnb. In the photos it appeared larger and higher, but overall it was very good.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, fully equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is convenient — easy to get around. The host was also very responsive and helpful, always replying quickly whenever I had questions. Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend at Olof’s place! The accommodation was as in the pictures, clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is also good, close to the underground station. Olof communicated well and the instructions were clear. Would totally recommend the place and would love to come again!

Amazing stay! We will be back

We spent a long weekend as a family of four in Olof's studio apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located on the top floor and is lovingly decorated. You don’t hear anything from the neighborhood, as the house is very quiet. We enjoyed several excellent meals at local restaurants. The connection to the airport is excellent (we used the bus and Uber), and the nearest subway station is only a five-minute walk away. We all had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. 10/10

The apartment is very functional. It is very easy to get around on foot. It is close to beautiful running spots and incredible parks for the children! We will be back!! 🙂

A nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood with perfect access to the metro, grocery stores, and small businesses. Slightly limited space for 4 adults, but sufficient for a few days. Ikea-style.

A very pleasant stay in an apartment that was perfect for 4 adults. Conveniently located near public transportation, plenty of shopping options, and great restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with the host, whether the responses came from Sweden or Ecuador. I would book this place again.
