Even better than described!

Wonderful place, great location and exceptional access to the ski slopes. This unit is on the fourth floor with a pedestrian bridge that provides access to a ski lift that will take you up the mountain. The apartment was small but cozy and the view was very nice. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The kitchen only had a small range with two elements, a half-size fridge and no oven but it was all we needed for a few days of skiing. There was a ski rack outside the apartment for storing equipment, but no lock was included, you should bring your own lock to secure your skis. We didn't have any issues with our equipment, but a guest did place a note in the elevator claiming their son's skis had been stolen one night while we were there. You can prebook parking in the basement with Aimo and it can accommodate vehicles that have a box on top of them; the entrance had 3.5 meter clearance. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Åre, it was very nice.

The accommodation is small but true to the photos. Perfect for a 4-day stay. The place is clean and well located on Södermalm. It is well connected, close to the subway/bus. The host is responsive.

Very pleasant apartment, close to the city centre with easy access. The apartment is exactly as described, the host is communicative and friendly, and the place is worth its price. I highly recommend it.

The place we got was nice and well located, clean and in a nice neighborhood but we noticed that the furniture was not exactly like in the photos, so we probably ended up getting a similar apartment in the same complex as the owner has many apartments. My travel companions also got a slightly different address than me (I’m the main guest who booked it) and so when they arrived a bit later they were on the wrong side of the building wondering how to get in as the address they had was pointing there and not to the main entrance. Hence we think maybe there was maybe some last minute apartment change that had occurred. All and all the apartment was great but I recommend wearing earplugs at night as the sound from the hallway is loud with other guests are rolling their suitcases or coming in and out which echoes a lot. I also wish there would have been a full body mirror and better lighting to do makeup in the bathroom. Otherwise we were really happy and would stay here again when in town!

Excellent location next to the ski lift and overall a well-equipped apartment. The dryer didn’t work, but fortunately it wasn’t needed as the hallway floor heating was sufficient. It would have been nice to have more than two trash bags...

Very good location and included everything a family of four needs for a successful stay. The property was easy to find, the instructions were clear, and the host’s communication was prompt. A small downside was that the exact apartment number was only provided the day before the trip, which is needed for reserving a parking spot. A pleasant surprise was that the property has a laundry room with a double washing machine and a double dryer, allowing you to do more laundry at once and save time.

*Location: Great ski in/ski out directly to Topplyften, very convenient! A 5-minute walk down to Åreby Square. Easy access with Bergbanan, which runs every 20 minutes (8am-10pm) from the building up to the slopes and down to the village, and is included in the lift pass. Convenient! *The Apartment: It's cozy, offering a lovely view of the slopes, equipped with everything you need and fully furnished. *Host: Pontus is very attentive and solution-oriented. Simple and clear! *We will definitely come back!

The apartment was perfect and wonderfully close to the slopes!

It has been many years since Totthotell was operational; now there are many lovely self-catering apartments instead of hotel rooms, just a 5-minute walk down to the village and only 1 minute to the Tottlift.

Convenient location close to the slopes and hills. The flat surfaces were kept reasonably clean. The apartment had everything you needed, though there were some issues with the TV as no channels were available. Only one pillow was provided in the bed, though an extra one would have been appreciated. There was some noise coming from neighboring units.

Nothing to complain about. Beautiful apartment, very well located. Quiet neighborhood.
