We had a nice stay at this place and the apartment was as described. Plus points that it was super clean! The host is nice and answers quickly. The area around is calm, although there is not much to see & do. A bus to the centrum goes from nearby (100m). But unfortunately everything did not go so smoothly: there was only one bedroom made and we were 3 people in total. There was no extra bedsheets + towels available in the apartment and we did not get those delivered during the day. We had to get the missing items ourselves from the other floor (assisted by phone). So this left us a bit unhappy with our stay.

Overall good quality for the price! Easy to find and could be comfortable even for a longer visitPositive: Very nice and cozy apartment with beautiful decoration. Everything was really clean and comfy! Location was good with metro and bus stops nearby and would definitely recommend this accommodation for someone who might have plans to visit events at Globen or 3 Arena, which were also close by. The staff provided us with good instructions on how to access the building and they were replying to messages quickly related to other matters as wellNegative: The building was a bit of a maze and sometimes was a bit challenge to navigate around when using stairs. The building is also under construction and due to that seems a bit messy from the outside but at least during our stay it did not cause much noise. There was a smell of sewage in the property but I think it’s an issue which will be fixed soon. Felt a bit unsafe to submit photo of my ID throught an outside link which was required to get the access codes before check in

Positive: The location was good. Sodermalm is nice area. It was easy to go Gamla Stan with bus 57 or 76 which has close stop to the appartment. Also there is Coop supermarket just across the appartment.Negative: Check in was at 16:00 a.m. which was very late. They didnt help us for early check in even we accept to pay for express cleaning, Also They dont have luggage store. We kept our luggages with us all day :(

place is in central of Stockholm, area is great walking distance to subway and many good restaurants.The area was quiet at nights, parking house nearby. Great place for a stay and host was very responsive.will like to stay here again.

Great location and a sunny balcony. The apartment was clean, although it was missing some basic items such as a cutting board.Negative: Communication could be improved. I received a significant number of emails and automated messages that weren’t very relevant, and it was somewhat challenging to get in touch when I had questions about my stay.

Olof's apartment was the perfect location for my needs! He was very communicative and the place was clean. Although the apartment is on the smaller side, it is priced appropriately. I loved having a small fridge and kitchen. Elevator to the 5th floor was handy for my luggage.

We couldn’t flush the toilet without bubbles of unpleasant-smelling water appearing in the shower. We contacted the host, who unfortunately could do nothing more than express regret.

Quiet location and very close to the water. There are many restaurants nearby and public transport is easily accessible on foot. It was a very pleasant stay here.

Nice and proactive host! Last in his description on the apartment i rented it said "no Wi-Fi" so i asked to double check and the host said there was no Wifi, but there was a router with Wifi under the TV working perfectly.

The room met our expectations, was well-priced compared to the competition, and conveniently connected to the city center and beyond, thanks to various buses and the metro even at night. It had everything needed for cooking and enjoying a peaceful stay, and the host was prompt with responses. I would definitely come back.
