We were a group of 7 friends who spent the Easter weekend in Kim's apartment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in a spacious and modern apartment with a short walking distance to VM:8an. Highly recommended!

It was very easy to reach Hornstull by subway from the city center, and the subway station is very close to the apartment. The surroundings are calm and pleasant, right by the water. The apartment is just right for two people 🙏😁

Large apartment, perfect for a large group, well located

Fabulous apartment in a peaceful residential area, close to metro stations and lots of restaurants and shops. Mini market just across the street for milk, snacks, etc. Easy 40 mins walk into Stockholm centre. Elias was very proactive with our booking and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for us. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but very close to a bus stop and metro station so 10/15 mins to reach central Stockholm. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed our four night stay. However, our experience was soured by communication with the management company (we did not communicate with Fredrik but rather a series of employees of the management company). They asked us to to enter our information (names, passport details, photos) through a third party website, rather than the AirBNB platform. We said we were not comfortable doing this, so sent this info to them through the platform instead. They insisted we had to use the third party website to get check in details. This is against AirBNB Ts&Cs and it was only after we informed them of this and that we'd raised with AirBNB that they provided the check-in details. Despite this being a good apartment, we wouldn't stay here again due to the approach taken by the management company.

A few tips: With the Parakey app, you can enter the building at the given address, then head to the back where the courtyard is, and finally enter building 65A located in the courtyard. The apartment is on the first floor and can be opened using the app. This means that you have a total of 4 keys available through the app.To lock the apartment from the inside: Close the door and push the latch up. After you hear the locking sound, turn the rotary lock completely to the right.To lock the apartment from the outside: Close the door and push the latch up. After hearing the locking sound, select the apartment in the Parakey app and then turn the rotary lock completely to the left.Waste: The garbage bags can be disposed of in the large container outside the building on the street. One of these containers is unlocked.

The accommodation is clean and tidy. There is a Coop store just around the corner where you can quickly get everything you need for your meals.Negative: Personally, I found the bed to be a bit too soft.

Positive: Easy check-in and check-out!Negative: Parking was a bit challenging. Fortunately, we managed to find a parking spot for the first night. It would have been appreciated if the floors had been cleaned a bit better. There were also instances when some guests did not observe the quiet hours after 10 PM. Additionally, it would be beneficial to replace the remote control, as it tends to be slow.
