The host is helpful, quick to respond to inquiries, the location and the apartment are good. The apartment is more suitable for couples, as the living room and bedroom are in one space. It is also a bit cold in the apartment, so prepare thicker sweaters. These are not complaints, but simply advice for future tenants.

Elias apartment is well placed in the city. It is really tiny and has a small kitchen and small bathroom. For us it was totally fine.

Elias’s place was just like the photos. The kitchen is small but usable. The shower over the toilet was less of an issue than I had imagined (the trick is to shower before bed or before going out). Neighborhood is very walkable, close to everything.The negative side is that the walls are *paper thin*. Luckily I travel with my earplugs but you can hear everything the neighbors say, literally understanding the words, plus the elevator noise etc. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you should be fine.Ah, all the warnings and fee threats for not cleaning etc are a bit excessive but I had no issue in the end.

great location in the best district of Stockholm, situated on an island in the city center, where you can find local spots and where residents go about their daily lives, the apartment was just as shown in the photos, clean and spacious; entering the apartment requires inputting several codes (for the main entrance, the elevator, and the door – it might be a bit challenging at first, but later it becomes very convenient)the only downside (which is not dependent on the host) is the occasional smell of cigarette smoke emerging from the bathroom ventilation – someone in the apartment above or below must be smoking in their bathroom, and it is noticeable, but it does not interfere with the use of the bathroom :)
