Beautiful place in Vasastan. Cool area around with nice restaurants, a GREAT bakery, some shops and a close-by supermarket. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need to cook a nice meal and super cozy to hang out at. It’s ideal for two people. Olof was super helpful and answered all of our questions friendly and fast. The only negative thing I would have to mention would be the WiFi. Sometimes it was working okay-ish, few short times it wasn’t working at all but recovered after some time. Definitely not reliable enough to work with or do video calls. If you dont need WiFi for work, it shouldn’t matter though :) I can still recommend the place 100% 🙌🏼

Great place, everything you need in an airbnb.Olof is very friendly and helped me out quick when i had questions.Lots of privacy and quiet place.Only thing i wasnt a fan of is that in used to thick pillows but thats more of a prefrence of me.Would stay here again!

Overall everything was great, although I have to admit that the communication before having the booking accepted was a bit to much and for me too many private details were asked, but to be fair when I declined everything went ok.

Très bon séjour au sein de Stockholm avec cet appartement idéalement situé et extrêmement propre. La rue où nous étions situés est calme et paisible alors que nous sommes en plein cœur de la ville. L’appartement est idéalement agencé et Elias répondait à toutes nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great place to stay! The flat is located in a rather clinical apartment block, but the rooms are spacious, clean and the neighbourhood is fantastic. There are some large construction works (tunnel digging) going on in the backyard. I wasn’t bothered by them since I was getting up early, but if you want to sleep longer on weekdays it might be too loud.

We had a fantastic stay at Pontus’s Airbnb! The accommodation was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Pontus was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to provide helpful tips about the area. The location was great, with easy access to ski lifts and nearby attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Åre.The only downside was the lack of an oven, which was a bit disappointing—I had to get creative and make a pizza on the pan instead. However, everything else about our stay was great, and it truly felt like a home away from home.I would still highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Åre, and I’d definitely book with Pontus again in the future!

Fantastiskt läge med äkta ski in - ski out, perfekt för skidsemestern! Boendet är enkelt men funktionellt, och värden var mycket hjälpsam och höll god kontakt under hela vistelsen. När vi anlände saknades sängkläder till alla gäster, men detta löstes snabbt och smidigt tack vare tydliga instruktioner från värden om var vi kunde hämta det som behövdes.En stor nackdel var dock att brandvarnarna var alldeles för känsliga och kopplade till hela hotellet. Vi var tvungna att ha fläkten på full effekt och vara noga med att stänga badrumsdörren när vi duschade, vilket gjorde det obekvämt. Dessutom vågade vi inte laga mat i boendet, eftersom det fanns risk för att brandlarmet skulle lösas ut – något som kunde leda till böter. Under vår vistelse gick faktiskt larmet av, och hela hotellet behövde evakueras. Detta var väldigt störande och något som verkligen drar ner helhetsupplevelsen.Överlag ett bra boende för närheten till backen och värdens service, men brandlarmssituationen var störande.

Mycket bra läge. Mysig lägenhet. Det var en hel del små saker som störde. Fläckar och matrester kvar på bestick och glas. Det skulle inte skada att uppdatera köket lite - det saknades kökssvamp och borste för disk och städ, kniven hade avbryten/böjd spets så man riskerar skada sig, teflon-stekpannan var helt sliten. Sängen var bekväm men kan upplevas som liten för två personer (120cm). Sedan pågick det en planerad renovering i huset med mycket buller så att fönstren och väggarna skakade. Vi hade planerat jobba men var tvungna att sitta på café istället. Fredrik har givetvis ingen kontroll över detta men en förvarning hade varit bra. Med allt detta sagt så är det absolut värt pengarna med tanke på hur dyrt det är i Stockholm. Fredrik var också proaktiv i kommunikationen och man kunde meddela honom om eventuella problem. Vi hade bara inte tiden att råda med detta.

Mooi appartement, ruim en goed ingericht. Alles was aanwezig.

Great location. Tram stop nearby. Warm and welcoming. I like the fact that you don't need a key. The bed topper was comfortable but i kept rolling into the middle of the bed which wasn't good for my back. Very clean. Great shower! Would stay again.
